We've had a discussion in our alliance wether Navy Cap Booster charges are allowed or not. Some people think they are, some people think they are not.
It sais, T1, T2 ammo, missiles and charges, but only faction ammo and missiles, so am I right to assume that Navy Cap Booster Charges are not allowed in the tournament? ---------

9. Cap Boosters are allowed.
As there is no rule stating that any form of Cap Boosters aren't allowed, you are allowed to use Navy Cap Boosters. I think this was perhaps an oversight by Claw because i do agree he should have said "Faction ammunition, missile and charges" too.
The only alternative is that i'm wrong, but Navy Cap Boosters were allowed in last year's tournament, so i'd assume there's no problem with them this time.

This is one of those times when that is a legitimate question :P
That should read:
3. All T1 and T2 Ammunition & Charges are allowed. Faction Ammunition & Charges are allowed.
I'll get this changed, until then, consider this version an official rule.

Missiles is a subgroup of Ammunition and Charges (as a market group) and does not need to be mentioned separately.
I should probably also clarify in the rules somewhere that modules/weapon when referred to as groups are always categorised by market group, too, since people often get confused :)

See, the crux of the matter is that capsuleers use drugs to boost their calculus skills beyond their lvl 5 capacity to ease the points accumulation of possible fleet setups to be fielded in the arena in Jove space and get hit by the negative effects, damping their logic mindlink effectiveness.
And all the sudden rules don't make sense. Know what I mean? :D ---------
