When you finish a Mission, have a skill time bonus which depending on the mission level, will give you a bonus toward the time it takes to learn a skill, the bonus at the end of the mission will give you 2 minutes off or 5 minutes off, whatever, but you can stack them up to a max of 24 hours worth of bonuses. After you stored up so much time in bonuses you can apply it toward a skill you are learning to knock time off of it. Well I would like feed back on this idea. Maybe one day it will be added to the game.

No. The EVE skill system is designed to be ungrindable. Every suggestion trying to change that is flawed.

Its not too bad of an idea, but to stop people from abusing it it would have to be something like 30 seconds to a minute off per mission. If it was 2 minutes or 5 minutes per then the people that just blitz would abuse the system like no other.

Whats wrong with a little bit of grinding? If you complete a few missions and it knocks some time off a skill, that doesnt sound so bad.
Also, the Training Time Multiplier could effect the amount of time the bonus grants, example: you saved up 30 minutes, the X 1 gives you the full 30 minutes. But X 5 would drop your 30 minutes to a 6 minute bonus instead

OR, make it so you have to buy the Time Skill Bonus skill book, the book is in the learning section of skills, and the Prerequisites are all learning skills have to be level 5.

Not everyone runs missions. Null sec people rat/CA/plex. Miners....mine, dedicated indy's research bpo's (copy/tweak/invent) and put orders in the oven. No metrics for them to have this (plus 2 of these are known to be macro'd, macro'er gets the benefit of easy isk...and a nice toon to sell later if there was a way to give a metric).
That and as always, take the training time to build up isk and actually play the game. Believe it or not, the day will come when you are hating the mega bs' you are rushing too. Me, I fly frigates and cruiser jsut because its nice to leave the raven parked once in while and have a ship that actually is a blast to fly.

Would you really prefer being forced to run the same boring missions over and over again just to keep up with all the players in capital ships ?
Oh wait, you can. You can buy a trained character here.
But please don't come crying when you don't know how to keep your cap ship alive.
Jill.

No grind in EVE. Please. Exploitable unbalanced. If you want faster training run some missions and buy +5 implants or even a complete toon on the character bazar

The real-time skill training in EVE is what makes the game what it is. It has both good and bad things, but changing it would pretty much change the core of EVE. I think it should be left as it is.
