Originally by: Carebear Barney I've only been in the game for a few months, so if I get a level 4 agent, I guess I should be able to handle them too given I warp out and all. Thanks for the tips/advice, I shall try these when I get my agent.
One problem for me is that on some deadspace missions and 2/10 and 3/10 dungeons, I end up warping right into the the middle deadspace location surrounded by all the NPC ships. I've lost to many Merlins and two Moa cruisers on these. I sure hope that the level 4 agent deadspace missions don't to the same. I couldn't imagine the damage dealt out on those.
Level 4 missions will do the same. Make sure you have 100% insurance.

Yeah Barney, that was me doing lvl 4 agent missions solo. They aren't hard at all if you have good skills and know how to break them down quick. I'm not really impressed with with lvl 4 agent missions right now so I'm off to doing dungeons solo. We'll see how long that lasts, hehe. You'd best train up all your skills as high as you can so you can keep your ship for starters and stay in the battle without having to warp away all the time. Get a plan as what you want to do in the game and then stick to it. -------------------------- Belshazzur Nephilim O-N-C-O-R Oracles of the Nephilim

You don't have to be "ueber". You only have to know what type of damage your enemy's do exactly. You have to fit your ship very to that resistances you enemy do. Your skills have to be good, but not ueber.... Sure it'll take much more time to kill the rats with only one ship, however its still possible. I did some missions only with my apoc but i realized soon, if you have a little support it'll be much easier...especially if you have one guy with you who can either shield tank or armor tank you...help a little out with repairing..
However, has anyone tried to take on an dead space mission with level6 ? we just got killed in that level, or at least 2 of us, we lost an Apoc and an Raven, we where 3 Ravens, 1 Apoc and one Frig, two of the Ravens where helping me out with armor repairing but anyway the 1400mm ArtIII turrets blowed us away in no time....amazing ! Don't ask "can i have your stuff" because i'll give it to everybody else than you! |
