We dont have numbers, patience or determination to handle long term sustained attack on Draep occupancy zones so we will pray for server reboots at optimal times and that gods of CCP give us enough plexes so we can flip systems without facing other opposition than npcs and in two hours time before the parents put us to bed.
The dt respawn by far isn't the only reason we don't plex. But it's a novelty the few times we get a dt spawn to go at it.

I could read the map though. Take dozen or so plexes in Ladi/Vifre, then send your entire militia on plexing runs across space to get more respawns.
It's my understanding that I won't get any spawns from caldari sov into gallente sov. We just went plexing for the reason stated above - it's a novelty to be able to plex when there's a nice concentration of them around since we don't usually play after dt. It's like "lets be like the pervs for a while and plex after dt". It's fun to get a change of pace from time to time. Nothing that I'd want to take on long term though. Consider it an in game event when the servers reboot.

And to give last jab on bugged Jovainnon plex. You admit it yourself that sentinel could not handle npc aggro in plex. Yet you went in and bggged the timer. That's quite convenient isnt it?
I know this is alien to you, but I regularly attempt things in eve that I know I have a very slim chance of succeeding at. It's what keeps the game exciting for me.

Why we do what we do:
The Wolfsbrigade makes a priority to show the Pirates, that fly in the FW area, that they cannot fly here with impunity.
Certain SoT members, such as Rodger Dodger have made a habit of camping Kedama. He has caused the general Caldari militia great losses (2000+ kills in 90 days), and thus needs to be brought down. Now we can do as certain other militia corps and say "meh not our problem", or we can make sure he cannot pray on the weak with impunity. We choose the latter.
We have had success doing this by ourselves (link), which gave the militia respite for some time. He, of course, returns to his favorite spot, but he has learned, that when we're running around Tama, he can't engage on the gate. Several close runs later Chatgris volunteers the q-cats cooperation to kill this pirate and his friend, and together we do so (link) & (link).
This does not imply that we don't shoot the q-cats, nor that they don't shoot us, as proven by these kills, which took places less than two hours before (link) & (link). We will continue to fight the Gallente militia, and we have fun while doing so.
At the same time, we also have respect for some of their corps, and if a joint operation against pirates of FW presents itself, we will strike together to destroy these e-peen vessels (link).
Now you might hate us for doing so, but we'll continue to make the FW zone a place, where the different sides of FW can duke it out, without being overrun by third-parties. And we strongly believe that the general militia is thankful for the job we are doing.

Originally by: Greg6 Now, because of the influence of Draketrain, everyone in vent and on boards was on about how they were using their former learning sp to skill up for drakes. Can anyone name another Caldari FW corp that has inspired Gall Mill fleet composition in that way?
"everyone in vent". draketrain definitely helped show us the power of the drake, but it really was PODLA coming during the US TZ and kicking the snot out of us repeatedly when they were heavily outnumbered that caused us to change tactics, not draketrain. Draketrain were flying drakes for years before we joined in, it wasn't their influence. And if you look at the drake fits we're flying, they're cut and paste PODLA dual web nano drakes, not the tank and gank + logi variety that draketrain likes to fly (which I will add are quite effective).
Again - draketrain tactics are good, I'm not knocking them. But what we're doing is a fairly different beast, and it's influence we're debating here.
Originally by: Greg6 Again, if you had to name one Caldari FW corp as having the most influence, who would it be?
Wolfsbrigade. They're a large corp. Unlike draketrain, they are maintaining a strong presence in the FW pipes and fighting us head on, without cloaks (IBS) or a massive army of alts (pervs/draketrain). But most importantly they rally general militia into a very deadly fighting force.
In contrast - what I tend to see is draketrain around the fringes. They camp villore when the large FW corps have been living in lowsec for years. IIRC, damar called the pipes "the ****s" and discourages caldari from going there when the main action is in that area.
So basically - pervs/draketrain do their own thing, seem to avoid the main conflict, to hide behind alts, to game the mechanics to their max - but not do too much in the way of direct fighting or rallying of general militia. OTOH, wolfsbrigade runs fleets in the early US TZ that we don't have a hope of matching (60 pilots with logi wtf!? last time I was on around 4pm my time), it was wolfsbrigade that led a 160 man militia fleet against us in Hasmijalaa. That's influence to me.

I have to agree. Back in my day we had to walk 50km to school, barefoot through horse **** a meter thick and it was uphill both directions.
ok seriously though. The Caldari militia is becoming their own worst enemy and an embarrassment to the Caldari State. Now I'm sure no one (except maybe Damar) will agree with me on this. I have my reasons for saying so and don't want to engage the trolls and spoiled brats in a debate. So lets just agree to disagree on that statement.
Personally I think the root cause of all of this, actually is the broken fw mechanics that never got fixed by CCP. FW has since watered down to a free wardec with all the usual shenanigans like station games, neut rr, gate camps etc. and imo this is exactly what CCP didnt want fw to be. But since they dont actually care enough about fw this is what it has turned into. They might as well remove plexes and fw missions all together now since they actually serve no purpose and are just being exploited.

Draketrain has clear fleet concept at this moment, Drakes + scimitars + some tackle.
Way we try to fly is so that we do not lose much because if you are deep in 0.0 getting a new ship could be a problem. We do engage superior numbers if there is slight change to kill some.
No Falcons or so. Neutral remote repairers may be on field but those are clearly flying with our fleet. Our fleets are not so huge, usually 20-30 people.
I can understand that gallente has some problems against our fleets, they are no able to tackle anyting, and they can not deal dps with their close range ships, because those are usually too slow, at least bs size. Other hand If gallente has lot of numbers and remote rep on field, 20 drakes may have hard time to break their tank, so eventually fight is quite boring, no one dies = no reason to fight.
It is fine to hear that you are deploying you learning skill points to drake skills, we in draketrain put those to something else and you may see new fleet setups coming out soon.

Killing a malediction, in a cane, flown by a dude using his mobile gprs connection to pewpew your dudes is hardly an accomplishment.
Also, confirming we are noobs and that you should burn your mwd back to the gate and logoff some more.

Wow! What's going on in here guys?!
I joined GallMil (and PD shortly after) and heard a FEW things about draketrain. The sum of which came down to "they only camp highsec now" which I've found to be rather correct. Can't say I've seen them at all this month outside of vill, except maybe the solo traveler. As for influence I'd vote for wolfsbrigade. It takes some serious guts to recruit from general milita for fleets (which I hear they do).
But it's been fun!

ROTFLOL! Ah, but this thread continues to deliver. :)
Yeah, I could see the argument for putting WB above DT in the ranking of influence. Give these anti-pie joint ops we've been running some time to continue discouraging pies from hanging around and I may very well change my mind. Of course, that drags us around to asking the question of what Gall Mill corp is the most influential and as the creators of the epeen channel that has allowed for such ops and the holders of the joint vent SLAPT may have a good run at that title, IMHO....
And, Damar, I know it's hard to understand that folk would rather have fun when they play a game than do certain things. Bogles the mind, eh? Thanks for demonstrating that RP craziness that you and your corp is so well known for. :)

I think the reference is to the way you speak in the fora and the militia channels, and the way Lacco disguises his e-mails as RP. I doubt anyone thinks for real that draketrain is RPing, cause that's just as ridiculous as claims go.
I role played with my ex-wife a little; she "didn't love me" and I "didn't care." That didn't turn out so well, so I quit role playing completely.

Never heard of American Muff Divers, but sounds interesting enough. Loki, you say? You oughta do your homework better, we have a neutral lolqual in all gall lowsec systems at all times.
Some people don't bother checking where their reps come from. I wouldn't bother myself, but then again, I fly logistics in-corp.
How does 'not caring about ISK making exploits' translate into something negative? Do you enjoy and cherish such yourself?
I find it impossible to believe that you don't know the specifics by now. But as you apparently don't, it is easy to assess that, in fact, you don't have the slightest clue whatsoever. Besides, what do you care? It is only of significance to n00bs and gall militia is better off for it cause it drives the new players to low sec if we believe what has been said in this thread. ---- sig sans sense |

Lolqual you say? So, should I refer you to this for refresher then, second from the bottom = http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Exploit_Notifications. Your Lolqual is probably not Cal Mil due to me personally accounting for all WT's at one time in Villore being either docked or on station and still without NPC aggro. So which is it? Using a gal mil alt corp you know nothing of or are you using nuetrals? Either way, you are full it...
Specifics, meh, I know enough about what you are doing to know you are skirting the mechanics. Empty ships, POS, lolqual. Either way, your corp is full of it. Pervtrain accuses others of exploits - HA! Look in the mirror. You all are the biggest offenders to date and no amount of forum bloviation will change that.
I know who is in my fleet and when I receive reps. It's called an overwiew and fleet window. Perhaps you've heard of it?
ISK exploits show the nature of the character. As stated above, pervtrain QQ's exploit when it doesn't serve their purpose. But when it does....it's "working as intended".
