And it's been a monster of a report to get done as well. The resulting numbers are as you are used to, but the book-keeping work for the month of June has been order of magnitudes greater than anything I've ever had before. Aka it's been a very very busy month. This mainly due to picking up the slack from my abscense (See earlier reports) Points of interest In the last 2-3 reports my standard introductionary line has been : "A lot* of outstanding interest payments"* No longer! Well... Not as bad anyhow. There's still some payments that are a bit behind, but nothing out of the ordinary. I've had to default one loan, as it seems the client has gone missing. It's a rather large loan as well... 50 billion ISK. Roughly half of the collateral has already been sold of, but that still leaves a BIG chunk of ISK not making BMBE&shareholders any ISK. Worse yet, it's in fact costing us ISK as it was one of the loans made possible with BMBE bonds, on which I'm thus still paying interest until all collateral can be sold of. This sucks. Another large loantaker furtermore closed another 50 billion ISK loan. The two combined (and some small change) means I've been able to pay back 110 billion ISK worth of BMBE bonds over the month. Thus reducing our total BMBE cost on those substantially. Total outstanding BMBE bonds is atm 150 billion ISK. I'll be very happy once I get the last of the collateral on the defaulted loan sold, to further reduce the expense incurred by the bonds. ---- Further good news is that, even after subtracting the deficits from April and May, BMBE has actually made a reasonable profit this month - And thus there will be a dividend payout. Rejoice! Doing the numbers I noticed that the NAV has gone through the roof... Even compared to the NAV before the two deficit months of April and May. I'm highly suspicious about this, but try as I may (and believe me I've tried), I can't find any faults in the numbers... Yet I remain suspicious... Time will tell if it's "real" or an error I suppose. To "dampen" that effect a little bit, I've "drastically" changed the assessment of our share portfolio (I suppose it was overdue for a re-assement anyhow) But even doing that the NAV is still suspiciously high imo. Basically I still think there must be an error somewhere... That will rear it's head at the next report, or the next... "If it sounds too good to be true..." - and an approx 10% increase in NAV belongs in that category imo... So consider yourself "warned" or whatever we shall call it. BIG Lottery

This also implies that nor would I be surprised if they weren't. Not very helpful I know... But a month would be my current optimistic guess based on various factors (I can't get into). But..
