So something that remains unchanged gets worse? Like your ability to use logic?
When the LP store came out, the UI element that came with it was, and still is terrible. So overall, the UI got worse with this expansion.
Logic seems sound to me. (the hulk would be nice)
I dont see how people are having so many issues with the UI. I like it and find it easy to use and better than most of the other MMO UI out there.

Obviously, you've never done corporation management hell .
And yeah, PI is fatally flawed (no upgradeable command center, click-o-mania-RSI-horror), but the UI was at least of a better quality than the existing UI. So the average quality of UI has slightly risen from horrific to horrible. Gratz, CCP Sol: A microwarp drive? In a battleship? Are you insane? They arenĘt built for this! Clear Skies - The Movie

How soon we forget using it for the first time.
Anything is user friendly after you take the time to learn how to use it, but it's the very first time that determines just how intuitive something is. Everyone, i repeat, everyone, has to ask certain things because they're hidden mysteries of the UI. Tucked away in some far off drop down menu, or only available to those who know the specific mouse ritual.
For example, if for some reason every single one of the old players left, how on earth would new players ever know how to change the CSPA charge? Such knowledge has been handed down from vet to noob for generations now.

Is the UI getting worse? - lets quantify it with some recent changes
LP store -2 points, hopelessly slow Contracts -3 points, errors flagged up at end of process PI +1 points, not too bad Weapon grouping +2 points, nice feature Overheating -1 point, too fiddly trying to click the icons
Anything else to add? Overall score so far is negative (you still got the orca available Cuckoo?)

After playing SWG (NGE) and STO I soon found that eves UI is one of the better ones. Belive me it could be a lot worse.

When assessing the quality of something it is always good to compare with the best possible, not with the next alternative. Otherwise the result might be "it's better than this here" instead of "look those two are really crappy, but one is even more horrible than the other".

Tried to sell anything via the LP store recently? No search box on a ludicrously long list of items. It resets to the top of the page every single time you make a purchase, or just randomly for no reason at all. No rightclick function to allow you to view market details for any of the items. Can't buy more than one item at once.
Thats just one terrible UI element. Then there's the PI interface, the drone interface, the market that I could probably write seperate rants on. Guild Wars had a better UI. Wow has a better UI(and its default UI is pretty bad). Pretty much every video game I've ever played has a better UI. And that includes Master of Orion 3, that was practically released as an unfinished beta.

Why are people complaining about the UI? It hasn't changed since, well, 2006 when I first started. But then again I also took the time to open up my keys and short cuts and assign a whole bunch of keys so i didnt have to go all clicky.
Ctrl + E tell drones to attack Alt + R tell drones to get back in my drone bay Ctrl + J open up the jump menu.

LP is annoying I'll give you that but the drone UI and market are both perfectly fine for me.

Maybe you don't notice it unless you fly a droneboat, but here's the problems I have with it. You can't see the health of drones while they're in your hold. I've got 4 different groups of 5 drones in my Dominix' bay. If I launch a set, I have to click the group tab to show their status once they're in space. If I recall them and launch another set, I have to collapse the now useless tab of the group I recalled, and open the tab of the set I launched, or else I'd run out of screen space pretty fast with a 10-20 lines long list of drones. Basically the drones in space tab should be expanded by default, and should collapse by default when recalled. Otherwise its not that bad, thanks to hotkeys.

I was in Hagilur immediately after the server went up, waiting near that station in a cloaked prowler for the alleged items.
He finally showed up and it became clear in local he had no intention of making with the stuffs, but he chatted for awhile as his account time ran out, and i can confirm he at least logged into the game that one time.
