And how does that matter? We've heard so much of "We're looking into it" about macros, petitions, bug reports that are dismissed because some bug hunters don't even understand how wide spread the reported bugs are, et cetera. Stuff like that is just not enough any more. Right now you supposedly talking about it is about as credible as CCP reading the CSM meeting reports (when they didn't).
Talk is cheap man, anyone can say stuff. SHOW US

Trolling 4tw RifterDrifter.
CCP knows when the client initiates a logoff rather than timing out (which is intermittently broken now too).
Point stands.

Looks fully in line with the metrics CCP use for business development, marketing and exposure management. I doubt they see anything wrong there :P Btw, keep in mind, these kind of nominations are mostly peer advertising deals.

Yeah. Although I think some CCP decision makes should be included on that killmail, but I imagine that because of lag or a node crash the killmail is incomplete.

Hmmm... this thread needs to be locked until after the ETHICS COMMITTEE completes its investigation into the question:
IS IT ETHICAL TO ASK NON-EUROPEANS VOTE for this award?
Is this an evil practice, CCP? Where's your CORPORATE ETHICS, I ask!

Fact is, as this thread proves, the game is UNPLAYABLE in null-sec with more-or-less heavy numbers. I actually lagged out with a <200 fleet fight. I have shot my OWN POD to actually get back to a station. I have seen my POD kill mail and I didn't got the BS killmail I was flying at the time.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that you know that 500ish hair-flaming wild-eyed posts on the forums doesn't not constitute proof of anything, and that you are writing for dramatic effect.
But since we're making baseless sweeping generalizations to rally the crowd, I'd state that there's a large silent majority that enjoys the hell out of this game, and is too busy playing it to care about the forums, best game votes, or either of our opinions on the aforementioned matters.
I don't like that you're unhappy, and I don't like CCP's dev priority, but neither of those distastes are strong enough to make me think I'm not getting my money's worth out of my subscription. If that were the case, I'd quit. What's your story?
Like I said I value eveyone's opinions. My opinion about the game stands.
FYI I keep playing this game because I paid a few $1000 over the years and I still love it and really care about it. Problem is the game is BROKEN atm. Why can't you understand that?

Consider too that sales and marketing people in almost any organization are the most overpaid, yet least intelligent and knowledgeable members of the staff, only good at schmoozing.
There are two kinds of marketing people apparently: The overly well endowed ex-cheerleaders who become pharmaceutical reps, and the people who aren't who get hired by other companies who end up ruining their products.

Much like i can't in good faith vote for this game, I can't be your enabler. If I gave you, or anybody else my stuff, that would prompt you to continue playing, which is counter productive to what we're trying to do here: Force CCP to fix the game, or watch the company burn to the ground.
Evidently CCP does not take this threat to their corporation seriously, they should call Sony and ask what happens when they fail to listen to the customers, doesn't bode well when you have another game deep in development, which is tied into your current game, that is bursting into flames due to customer unrest.

Find me a poll for that award and I'll vote for CCP.

I relent. If the only part of the game that gave me joy didn't work, I'd be angry too. Granted, I'd leave rather than shovel reactant into a threadnought.
Which, incidentally, gives rise to an absurd truth: If everyone who complained about lag quit, there'd be no lag.
Wait a minute.

As the author of the killmail post I can in fact confirm that the killmail is incomplete. Unfortunately my logs don't show any more details so reimbursement will not be possible.
Also, thanks for the appreciation of the post - I'm here all week!

The large silent majority are the people that sit in Empire and carebear all day (the people that aren't part of 0.0 [or even lowsec] and haven't experienced this). Since that is the case CCP should advertise this game as the silent majority enjoys it. It should have been: "SIT AND ENJOY PEACEFUL MINING AND SHOOTING NPCS IN SAFE EMPIRE SPACE UNTIL YOUR HEARTS CONTENT". But with Dominion they advertised huge fleet battles, massive fights, etc. and pushed people to go into 0.0 to have these things and instead gave us a ****ed lag fest that prevents the very things they advertised from happening. Then instead of fixing these problems which have completely ****ed any chances of what CCP promised with Dominion, they keep adding new useless buggy content.
So we get to mine on planets now and will get to walk in stations some time soon--awesome, more chances to care bear. This game is moving further from the "sandbox" concept and closer to a single player game that could be played off line. This game is "okay", it's entertaining, but when the real action happens, the games ****s itself and becomes unplayable. And the devs response is "wait and see in 18 months", a.k.a. "**** you upset player base".
Mediocre game with shiney planets? Yes. Best game in ANY category? Not even remotely close.
