You guys have those? Yes? Good I thought you did. If so, what were they like?
Mines had to be last night. Was bored in Venal while cloaked so decided to look at the EvE Map. The amount of 0.0 = me shat my pants. Thaz was I get for being a high sec bunny. Just dawned on me that "South Coalition" and "North Coalition" are not just fancy names.. There really is a North , South , East , and West in this game.
After looking at how small I am in this game... I made it a goal to go to the furthest 0.0 system in the North and South as humanly possible... one day.

And yet the majority of them are empty or near-empty most of the time, devoid of anything interesting or worth fighting over. If you want to interact with other players in any meaningful economic sense, stay in highsec. --- 34.4:1 mineral compression |

You shouldn't talk about things you obviously have no experience on.
0.0 operates alot like high sec. 1. their are gankers in some systems (normally 0.0 to high sec highways) 2. Their are huge hubs for Evey region/alliance then it trickles out from there if you can find a empty 0.0 system is mostly because their are not alot of belts in that system. 3.i can make over 100mil a day for ratting less then 5 hours drunk on ts talking about *****'s lets see you do that in your lvl 4 missions. 4. you are soooo right high sec is where evey one is, because i see you high sec kids make a fleet of 1000v1000 all the time.
now to the OP
yeah iv had alot of OMG moments first one was in the IAC-ISS war when i saw my first fleet fight.
latest one was with NC vs SC flying a BS into combat with 300 of your brosefs one second talking about *****'s the next srs buzness time wiping out SC.

I didn't say every system was empty - just the majority of them, most of the time. This in no way disagrees with what you've said.

I make my isk from people who find that the markets in 0.0 don't even begin to meet their needs, because they have only a tiny fraction of the volume available in high sec. For 5 hours' work I'd expect to be at least a couple of billion isk richer. --- 34.4:1 mineral compression |

So you play the markets in high sec, wow you must have a great time in this game.
I was talking about making isk during peace time, if we are in a war like with the SC i can make 3 bill in a few hours just from looting the dead BS's/carriers AND i have fun doing it. 400 BS's at 200mill a pice with a average mod drop of 50-75 mill = huge isk and lots of nice blue lights.
Now if you are going to talk about 0.0 maby you could tell us what you have done in 0.0
i have been living in null sec for 5 years and loved evey single nano second of it, and im telling you now that most systems have alot of people in it and in some cases are safer then high sec.

I joined a corp in an alliance. The alliance was mature and insightful and nice and helpful for the first hour or 2 I was on vent with them. Then they gave me my corp vent. The leader was a 10 year old kid.

The star map disagrees with you. Most of the time, most 0.0 systems seem to have no-one in them. If you stick to a few of the busier ones, your experience is hardly representative. --- 34.4:1 mineral compression |

You are basing your findings on star maps? ha ok thats your problem right there.
Tell yo what, come to fio and if you dont see at least 5 people in Evey systems on the way up here i will give you 2 bill isk.
I go back to my original counter argument. if you have no knowledge on the subject dont talk about it as if you do.
and you still have not told me when you have been in 0.0.

I remember I once accidentally warped my rorqual, full of compressed arkonor, to a gate instead of the pos. The 30 seconds or so that it took to realign and warp away were possibly the longest and scariest ever lol.

I was a few months old and was really good friends guy that was very wealthy.
one day we were talking, and he gave me a bill as a sort of trust.
looking at my wallet where the most it had ever seen was 135 mill and then see it shoot to that + a bill just made my eyes drop.
Instantly took a screen and gave the money back :P

o_o moments, had a few
- Low-Grade Halo Delta dropped from a belt rat in 0.8 - Killing my first Angel Nephilim in a T2 fitted Thrasher, 20 jumps into 0.0, 1.2 million bounty AND before the loot nerf - Camped into a low sec station by drunken locals, get bored, undock, wow, somehow all four got themselves station gunned, warp off with T2 lewtz as they undock. - Using wits and nerve to dock/undock from heavily bubbled and camped station in a war, O_O the organisation and guile: internet spaceships truly is srs bsnss - "Just a spot of ratting before bed" = Low Grade Halo Omega dropped in 0.4 system full of HAC's and HIC's. Also one of those crystal I-Beams as loot, woot. Random rewards enhance my day.
Those are the positive ones, the negative ones involve dying to socket closure and other negative poop that isn't helpful to dwell on.
