I noticed you posted in the thread about the IGB on the mac client so I moved this thread from General Discussion to the Macintosh forum. If you are not using the Macintosh client BIZZAROSTORMY please feel free to report this thread and I can place it properly in the Issues, Workarounds & Localization forum.

If you're on a Mac, find and nuke (or just rename, test, and then nuke if it works) your "/Users/[you]/Library/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences/config" file. That's what fixed it for me. ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

And here I was thinking it was just CCP's way of hinting to us that no, there will never be a different font for the EVE UI.
My apologies to CCP for assuming they're producing Windows-quality software =(

I have same issue, and I've been back and forth in the registry and config on this. Fresh install does nothing, and the ccpbrowser process hangs at client shutdown, forcing a manual kill. Gets the Error code -2 on Evegate. Other sites will load, but in fixed-width font, and page rendering is all messed up.

Originally by: Alisyana I have same issue, and I've been back and forth in the registry and config on this. Fresh install does nothing, and the ccpbrowser process hangs at client shutdown, forcing a manual kill.
Check the info.plist:
- Right-click "EVE Online",
- select "Show Package Contents",
- open the "Contents" folder,
- double-click info.plist, it should open up in "Property List Editor"m
- Check the value of "PrefsFolderName",
- look for that folder* inside ~/Library/Preferences/,
- open the "config" file
*Note that if the "PrefsFolderName" value is "EVE Online", the preferences folder you're looking for will be "EVE Online Preferences".
Now in that preferences folder, check that you have the lines I quoted in my previous post:
[DllRenamings] "ccpbrowserthunk"="C:\\Windows\\system32\\ccpbrowserthunk"
Are those two lines in your config file?

I confirm that adding those two lines solved the problem for me! Thanks Mara!
