It should work and has my ID photo on the right.
I had it designed by someone i know ( might refer for a 10 mil isk donation:p lol )
the designer also does banners etc...

It's 60kb or so too large for the Eve Forums. The maximum is 24,000 bytes, not 24kb.
It's also 5 pixels too high  Dimension rules are 400 width and 120 high.

That's actually pretty generous. And also quite nice.

The file size restriction is quite hard to work with sometimes.

I quite like the challenge of squeezing something nice into 24000 bytes. Good way to spend an evening.

5 minutes, you mean ? 
From original (90,356 bytes, 400x125) to smallified version (21,741 bytes, 400x120).
A bit less crisp, but meh, won't get that small otherwise.

To increase the signature size to 75kb has been submitted via CSM to CCP. But then to actually edit two characters on a webpage might be a bit difficult.

On topic: Not a bad sig at all. I can't tell what your avatar is glancing at either, but the (arguably tiny) comedy value of that is just a bonus.

32-bit is a *****. Just impossible to get it small enough without sacrificing... everything. Don't try this at home.
