I have noticed that a lot of player corporations do not allow players into their corporation that are on trial accounts. I think this makes players on trial accounts feel un-welcomed in EVE. I have also noticed that a lot of the players that join our corp who are on a trial account decided to start paying the monthly fee. I think players on trial accounts get a lot better EVE experience in a player corp then in an NPC corp.
My suggestion is to give player corps an isk bonus (100 million isk?) if a player in their corp converts from a trial account to a paying account. This would encourage corps to take on players on trial accounts and it may even create corps who recruiter players on trial accounts to help them get started in EVE.

some 1 mans are several different accounts from the same person. CCP would be giving them 100 mil isk for a trial they would run either way to become a new purpose built alt. Made a few puropse built alts myself, CCP giving me 100 mil be a nice present since alts are isk sinks for quite some time.
Still would not help out trials. Corp security. Making trials around the time of hulkaggedon and making quick and dirty dessie pilots not an unknown trick. Corp gets 100mil for the trial...."noob" trial spies and assists in the popping of an exhumer or 2 (in the corp, no concording....makes a great tackler lol). Corp at a loss greater than 100 mil.

Great idea. I love it... People could start training corps and try to recruit new players as a revenue stream. Obviously lots of people make new alts, and will start with a trial account to get a couple of weeks for free, but what's a couple of hundred mill when you consider that a new paying account had to be created before it was paid?
