Yeah, I too hoped for PI UI revamp. Now it sucks balls so deep that only the Chinese ISK farmers are doing it. If even them.
But Eve still remains a great game. I have some inside knowledge and I happen to know that in the Winter expansion CCP will
1) give us new shiny ships; 2) buff rockets; 3) nerf dramiel; 4) get rid of learning skills; 5) take away T2 BPOs; 6) eradicate lag; 7) remove CONCORD and make all sectors null; 8) delete SCs and Titans; 9) make CCP a non-profit organization and make Eve free; 10) disband IT Alliance.
Hope thats made you happy Milla, like to oblige.
New patch not much happening, shame the streamlined PI is only memory usage although less lag is aslways good. Even so if PI could be made less of a sink of the worst kind thatd be great.

What i wanna see with the planet stuff is to press one button and start all extractors at ones or something.
I spent a few days setting up a full production line with V planets and stopped using it after 3 days because I did not feel like clicking 30+ extractors every day when i log on.
who the **** wants to do that everyday? Just hope something like that is implemented, as I am ready to go if so.
Just saying....

As a developer, I understand the complexities of regression testing and making new patches and deciding when to release them, as well as the struggles that occur during the release when unexpected things happen.
While this can be frustrating to users, and I am guilty, this program is awfully complex and a little slack for CCP is warranted. While I'm pretty much still a noob, I recognize that this game appears to work very very well. I've bought games for which I waited for YEARS and found issues in them after all that time (Reach for the stars - no patch yet that I know about) so why complain over an hour or two?
It will be up when it's up, they will fix what they decide are the priorities within this patch timeframe. In the meantime, I'm reading forums, and learning how to better play the game. Or I'm going grocery shopping, so I don't waste game Uptime later.
Have fun. Enjoy life outside EVE while it's down. And give CCP a little credit - EVE is amazing.

When you say, get rid of learning skills, do you mean get rid of their effect as well?

Yes, finding bugs after they have been found is surprisingly simple. Its pretty obvious that CCP dont test. There is only ever one bug in software and testing always finds it!
These aren't even really bugs. This is bad programming principles up-front. Always, always, always do data validation. "Should be this" is not good enough in the professional world.

How can I apply skillpoints directly to a skill? Must be a common thing these days if something that happens in rare cases get's patched.

OK. So for a simple minded UK folk person that doesnt get the point in this whole daylight savings thing, never mind not getting his head around the whole "Effect on what time it is now, i'm hungry it must be food time".
What time in the UK will the patch be done????

Related to this, would it be possible to have those incorrectly adjusted skills readjusted to the right level. Granted, it's pure OCD, but it's just so annoying to see a bunch of skills marked as "in training" because you accidentally pushed them 1 SP over the level requirement.

Nooooo! Whats all this talk about a hot pink phobos earlier in this thread anyhoos? Hell, I'd bring it back and hope CCP worked on ship models to actually add rocket pods etc to the ship (rather than have them exit from somewhere around the middle bit). Whack 2 missile slots on the phobos and hang them pods on the back end somewhere down the bottom like a pair of gentlemens vegetables........ very tongue in cheek
