I, also, would like some sort of mechanic that limits the amount of people that can be in a single dungeon at a time. That being said though, I know a lot of people will want to invade dungeons that others are running (esp in low/0.0) so I'm not sure how that would balance out.
I won't be able to log on as soon as this new version of the test server goes live, but I really look forward to participating over the weekend to see what kind of content you have in store.
I haven't yet looked at the map, but I would hope that these three systems are all relatively close together, to make for a single, centralized place to test the dungeons. If they're spread out all over the galaxy you'll have people testing one and then probably not any others.

Dungeon...
So wrong to use that is a space game.
Incursion...
So wrong to use that word when this new content is more like a farm to be farmed by farmers.

Hope not and hope somme day that guys with T2/3 ships that love pvp new player in T1 missioning, take a serious penality in they'r wallet (35 to 45% should help them to get somme balls and go pvp in low sec).

So let me get this straight. When this goes live, will this 10, 20 or 40 people thing be the max number of pilots able to enter these so-called dungeons?
If so, I think fleets and isk farmers just found their new safe spot/safety net from roaming pvp'ers.

It is very important that you stick with these numbers when you do your testing. This will help us be more precise with our balancing work.
You will need to scan the dungeons down. Once you find one and go to it, it will pop up on the overview for everyone to see
stick with these numbers - probably means that you should'nt jump in a massive fleet, but it's possible it will pop up on the overview for everyone to see - I read that this means that beacons are no safe spots.
My guess on this whole 5/10/20 pilots thing is that they have developed a site-escalation algorithm that adapts to the number of pilots, meaning if you attack with a bigger fleet, more enemy ships will be present, use less pilots and you get fewer ships to fight.
That's a good reason for constraining the numbers at this stage. They want to adjust that algorightm. Im guessing also that in the next stage we will maybe have 100 pilots on one beacon and test that escalation factor.

If you stay in highsec no one will attack you without good reason, considering you need a good ship (50m+ inc fittings) to kill someone before CONCORD comes along. And if you are doing missions in nullsec, alone, in a T1... You're a fool and deserves to have your pod blown apart.

Don't worry, I understand you :) Most often, it's the english dialects that are hard to understand.
Try it on Sisi, really.
It's most likely not solo content unless you're willing to risk a capital in low-sec. There was a single ship I saw in Poitot yesterday that solo tanked one of the Beacons: An X-Large Shield Booster Claymore. T3 wrecks littered the field and even high tank battleships got blown apart to the tune of estimated 1600 DPS incoming.
It's much like C4 or C5 sleepers in that regard - I have no data yet on how hard individual beacons are, but there was one what would spawn Logistics Structures 120 km away that needed to be hacked to disabled every few seconds, or you wouldn't kill anything.
That said, 2 Logistics Cruisers kept our gang alive easily. After that it's just a question of bringing enough damage. And I think if you bring a GOOD Logistics Cruiser, one may be enough - but your DPS group had better have a spare high for emergency remote repairs to the Logistics.

1600 DPS... so around 2 PvP close combat ships worth of DPS. From how many NPCs? 15 or so... I still think they should throw in some Sansha Battleships that walk up to our faces and deliver around 800 DPS by themselves... Not all of course and if they're fitted like PvP ships and scattered in a dungeon you can see em coming before they start laying on the smack. So then yo Alpha em and move on to the snipers. That's called tactics.
Can we see more tactics in PvE? Please?

The playerbase want to this ... ? No.
I dont understand CCP why trying to push so hard the player base, who dont want this.
We want PvP oriented wow raid dungeons ? No.
PvP against NPCships, which can using medium neuts from 50km, NPC frigs which now using tracking distruptors from 80km with 20 km target range, which cant neutralized.
Thx, but no thx.

The next time you patch, take a look at the files being loaded. Every piece of PVE content in EVE comes from "dungeon" files. It's what they've called them for years.
The bigger problem is absolutely no one on SiSi is testing this because there's no incentive. The sheer fact that this post is still struggling to break three pages should be proof enough that people feel they don't need to "practice" PvE content they'll likely have little interest in come patch day.

Helping with Singularity Testing is still a pain, but it looks like things might be improving:
1. Old Sisi Client wouldn't connect, incompatible build. This was expected. Tried to auto patch itself, checksum failed.
2. Repair.exe old Sisi client. Downloaded stuff, tried to apply patch to a temp directory, couldn't change to correct directory, failed.
3. Delete entire Sisi client, make a new copy of working TQ client. This fallback usually works, only this time it can't find a matching patch to download. Fail.
4. Repair.exe on it works, but repairs to TQ instead of Sisi. Fail.
4. Forum surfing a bit, I discover the Sisi Launcher. Download works, starts checksumming and downloading MASSIVE ammounts of stuff.
5. Sisi connect works! "Read and accept the EULA please" Uh. All settings lost. But connection's there.
6. New TQ dump, i. e. I'm somewhere in the deep dark. Right. Moveme, fit new ship, but at least the 6m test skill points are still there - nice, that!
7. EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN IN 10 MINUTES! Oh cool. Reconnect after shutdown. Build incompatible (looks like Sisi is on TQ waiit ... I just fixed my client!)
8. Wait 15 minutes. Ah good! Sisi got patched. Reconnect. Build incompatible. Go to Step 4. 230MB patch download pending. 33% done at this moment.
Naturally, I haven't sitting in front of the computer watching it do all this all the time, but I thought trying to get onto Sisi 13:15ish would be ample time to get set up for actual testing near 14:00, but it's 16:05 now and I'm still downloading patches.
So that's your patch feedback for now. I think I'll go have dinner and maybe try again later in the night.
that pretty much sums up my Sisi experience for the last 2 months. every time i try to log on its unusable

That is not the issue. It's flat out beyond the reach of anyones PVE experience to have an Sansha encounter that can't be solo'd with enough SP and ISK.
The other problem is you need a fleet to properly test Incursions. And it's really tricky to assemble a fleet without your corp mates.

Its a reference to a set of areas linked by acceleration gates. So for example, the mission Worlds Collide is referred to as a 4 room dungeon.
