i was thinking it be nice if u have a check mark in a options screen so that every time you open your charictor sheet a scan is performed on your skills and assets so that your market can identify skills already trained and already owned and if you are currently training a prerequisate skill and that skill ends less than 24 hours it will allow you to que up the advanced skill any time after the prerequsate skill.
this will stop people from buy skills they already own by mistake and this will better help you manage your skill training and this will sure be benificial to getting those very desired skills done by the end of the work day rather than having to set a long skill at end knowing you rather just have that spec skill training.
this option could cause lag issues so i would set this option so it can be disabled so that if any reason you not want this added opertunity to lag your client you can simply uncheck the option. i have never ever seen this idea passed before so i thought i put it out there.

TBH... I don't see the point.
If a "prerequisite" skill is finishing in 3 hours but you need to go to bed... slap on a "holdover skill" (something that would be useful or you plan to train in the future but is not really priority) or two until you can log back in and inject the skill you want to train. You lose... what... six to ten hours worth of "dedicated" training time? For the sheer convenience of doing this, it's worth it. Plus, if the "holdover" skills you slap on are things you will train in the future then you technecally have not "lost" any time in the grander scheme of things.
As far as managing what skillbooks you have/need/don't need... that's on you. Learn how to inventory your assets. _______________________

Market tab, settings, advanced settings, check 'filter by untrained skills' which will only show you the skills you don't already have trained or injected when you go browsing the markets.
I see no need for the market to scan your assets to tell you that you own the skill, thereby denying you the ability to buy it?, what if you need to pickup extra skills for one of your alts/corp buddies/etc you have a search function to see if you already own something use it.
The request to be able to queue up skills once their prerequisites are completed has been made before, it makes sense you can't queue it up as you need to inject it first and the skill queue doesn't do this for you.

but with this scan method your charictor sheet would know shat skills u have trained and what skills you have in assets and if it sees a skill in your assets it will automaticly que and or inject the next skill if and when you choose to set it up that way.
no it wont prevent you from buy duplicate skills just warn you that its already owned and or trained. you are looking to deep for a conflict of interest.... just ask your self would this option play as an asset to the game without making anything unballanced or op. but nothing about setting a skill that cannot yet be trained to que if it fits within the 24 hour que limit and after all prerequisate skills are meet.
