Yea my computer is failing so I am building a new one. http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1CR4C4 I have windows 7 OS at home here on a disk so I am ordering with just a formatted hard drive. See any problems here? I did change the ram from 1800 MHz to 1600 to meet the mother board specs. I am good with software but hardware I am iffy on at best.

If you play games other than EVE then definitely go with a 460 instead of an 5570.
Also, 500GB HDDs have a bad price/value ratio. You should probably go with a 1.5TB (but the very least a 1TB one).
I'm not going to argue against AMD since you are looking for a value configuration but please do not buy a 5570. If you really don't want the 460 then the very least buy a 5770.
I also never buy noname PSUs.

GigaByte GA-880GM-USB3 - This a good motherboard.
AMD PhenomÖII X4 955 Black Edition - That's a good choice. It offers perhaps the best value/functionality ratio and you'll be satisfied with it for a reasonably long time.
ATI Radeon HD 5570 1GB DDR3 16X PCIe Video Card - It's ok. It's the most popular gpu atm I think and that says a lot.
450 Watts - Standard Case Power Supply - Get a better PSu. That's a must. power supply units are not expensive and having a better PSU will save you frustration.
500GB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM HDD - This is way below standard for today's rigs. Consider investing slightly more and get 1 TB, or if you can afford it get a SATA3 HDD. HDDs are not expensive and you should not go cheap on them because they are by far the slowest component of your PC. Buying a SATA3 HDD will improve your PC's performance.
Do not underestimate the importance of a good power supply unit and a good HDD. These components are cheap and investing more in them will improve your PC's performance and functionality. Like I've said HDDs are the weakest link in modern PCs and buying a sata3 hdd is a good choice.
Other than that, your rig looks nice and powerful, have fun gaming.

To fix some fail, sata3, only needed on ~$500 SSD's... kinda pointless to sell someone on a useless interface no?
PSU, most important part of the PC, if you wanta skimp on it don't even waste time buying a computer.
They do rip you a nice new ass for a good PSU though.

New 6 series of ATI cards = 5750 card price, for 5850 performance. Can't go wrong. ---
