You need to be in fleet with your cyno guy. Once the cyno is up, right click him in your fleet window and 'jump to'.
Doesn't work if you are tackled, or out of jump range/fuel, or have less than 70%(ish?) capacitor.
edit: This is the sort of thing that Sisi is good to try out for yourself if you're not sure about throwing a billion iskship into the unknown on the live server.

http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Jump_drive#Completing_the_Jump
""Once a field is up and within range, the jumping pilot can proceed with a jump. To jump to a field generated by a fleet member, right-click that member's name on the fleet overview and select "Jump to Member." To jump to an alliance cynosural field generator, right-click on your ship in space, select "Jump to", and then select the system to which you wish to jump. Once the jump is initiated, the isotopes required are consumed from the ship's cargo hold. If not enough isotopes are available, then the jump fails to occur and no isotopes are consumed.
Jumping is bound by the same session change timer constraints as docking, switching ships, and using stargates. Thus, a jumping ship will have to wait thirty seconds after undocking before jumping and thirty seconds after jumping before being able to dock again.""

To add, pick a station with a proper docking ring ( if you cyno yourself to a station ) ,
My "easy way" , is to undock the cyno alt, count to 6 .. then stop
steps ( my way ) -> 1-> fleet with cyno alt 2-> add cyno to watchlist 3-> undock cyno & cap at the same time 4-> stop cyno at 6 seconds, stop cap straigt away. 5-> light cyno after 15ish seconds ( depending lag yadieyadieyadie ) 6-> rightclick cyno in watchlist from cap " jump to ... " 7-> wait for 10 minuts or until somebody pops it to bring back the cyno guy in station
Do your first few with corpmembers , to get it down

Make sure you get your cyno guy in the right position. Too close to the station and the person jumping may bounce off the station. Too far away and he could get scrammed/webbed before he's close enough to dock.
If you have the opportunity, find a good spot then BM it. Apparently different station types have different "sweet" spots for your cyno guy to be sitting. Make sure your cyno guy has extra ships, cynos and fuel in the station (and preferably has his med clone there as well), especially if you are going to be using that location frequently. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
