I was going to post within another thread just below this one but thought my question might get overlooked.
Anyhow I recently started doing missions for blood raiders and noticed I could only use the lowest one, fair does i thought I'll just get my standing up and move to the level 2,3 and 4.... So on my alt I got -1.99 standing to Blood Raiders but still could only use the lowest agent , so I check the info of the level 1 quality 5 agent and saw the message copied into this thread title.
"You need to have at least -2.0 in faction, corp, and personal standing to use this agent."
Does this mean that not only do I need to have better than -2.0 to Blood Raiders, I also need to have better than -2.0 to the Blood Raiders Covenant ? If so my alt has like -10 and don't think it would be worth it. Just wanted someone to confirm my suspicions.

Are you sure it says 'And' instead of 'Or'?
Level 1 Quality 5 Blood Raider Agent on http://eve-agents.com/ shows 0.25 standing required.

Both of you are correct.
OP: They changed the standings situation a little while back. It used to be that you had to have at least -1.99 or greater to run missions for a corp. But if you fall below that you would not be able to. Now.. no matter what your rep is you will always be able to run for Level 1 agents with a 0 or lower quality. And that is all you'll be able to do until you fix your standings.
Now if you Faction standings fall below -2... they take over. So even if you agent/corp standings are +10.0 you won't be able to do any missions other than the lowest tiered, until you get back above -2.
That being said.. if you were to be at +10 with the corp and got your standings to -1.99 you would be able to do missions for all of their agents.

Wait a second... Create an alt -> Grind to uber faction standing -> create a corp with just your main and the Alt in it -> commence grinding faction standing with main (Also Profit)
Does this add up or have negative personal standings priority over positive corp standings?

You can't share faction standing.
Your player corp standings don't affect agent access. They only affect placing a tower in hisec, and creating jumpclones.
Your personal standing to a faction must be -2.0 or higher to access agents in the faction. If your faction standing is higher than your standing with that corp, then your factions standing applies.
