Ok so I have this plan im going to stick to and I just need a "approval" of the forums.
In short this is the list of ships I will fly: 1st Navy mega fitted for standard missioning & Noctis 2nd Navy mega gank fitted + Drake tank (salvage with noctis on good missions) 3rd Kronos Gank fit + Drake tank (noctis salvage) 4th Kronos gank + tengu (tengu tanks here but still gank fitted) 5th Kronos gank + Golem/tengu depending on mission
Onions?

Edited by: Gianath on 01/12/2010 23:15:36 I hate that this forum software makes me login every few minutes, I lost a pretty long response to that feature.
Anyway, I'll assume you are going to focus on anti-pirate level 4's in Gallente space. If so I will tell you what's worked decently for me.
Main- Non-faction Dominix, mostly T2 heavy/light drones (I don't care for sentries now). Don't put too much training into guns, rails are unspectacular for anything other than pulling aggro. Add tractors/salvagers and slowly salvage as you move across the battlefield. Moving towards a rattlesnake/passive shield/T2 Sentries in the near future.
Alt- Nemesis. Thermal torps tear up most rat battleships in level 4's, far outdamaging drones. Just hit the cloak button before the next spawn hits. Fit a salvager if you want to get faraway wrecks that take the Dominix a long time to reach. Has the benefit of being able to low-risk rat in 0.0 or scout out anomalies when I get bored. Swap out for an industrial or salvaging catalyst as needed while the Dominix is wading through waves of ships.
Both fits are darn cheap to outfit, and can skill up to take all level 4 missions involving pirates in under 2 months, especially Serpentis or Guristas.

Domi, Domi, Domi.
That is your absolute best choice for dualboxing, take a typical dual rep AFK setup with tractor and salvagers in the highs, then for your 2nd ship take the absolute highest dps ship you can fly (as in you'd better be quad stacked on both damage and tracking mods) Assign your domi's drones to your DPS ship and go to town. No other tank/gank combo is going to give your gank ship 30-40% additional dps without requiring you to pilot both ships actively. I personally use sentries because stuff just dies too fast. If anything is in tractor range you can salvage with the domi in between killing things on your gank ship, if not then just move on and don't waste your time.
Only thing better from that setup is to take two full gank ships.

Gank fit Kronos + T2 Sentry Domi, both set up for RR: cap transfer from Kronos, cap and armour from Domi. Use local tank on the Domi. The Domi won't provide as much DPS as a second Kronos, but it requires a damn sight less management.
In some missions you'll set the drones to "guard", in others you'll set them to "assist". Sentry drones will "guard" by shooting bigger hostiles first, so while the Kronos is busy blowing up inbound frigates the Sentry drones will be killing battleships. Alternately you can "assist" to take advantage of the sentry drone's 4 second cycle time. Keep your main weapons ungrouped, fire one at one target, wait for the drones to blow it up, fire the next weapon at the next target, continually using the weapons on the Kronos to point the drones at the next target faster than the cycle time of one large rail would allow :)
Don't bother salvaging during mission, since you'll be bookmarking as you go and blitzing to squeeze as many missions into the available time as possible. Bring Noctis along to salvage before the first wrecks start to despawn.

Give the Dominix a 40k range tractor beam range and problem solved. That is what the Gallente Marauder should have been. ----------------------------------- They see me trollin... |

Edited by: Boinz on 02/12/2010 09:42:18 I will be using Sentries on the Navy mega as well as small drones to assist the other guy. I really only want to stick to caldari races on the second account tbh

I would still put your main in a domi tanking and your alt in the Golem/Tengu. A well flown gank ship doesn't require a separate tank ship to finish L4s, so anything less than that and you're just making more work for yourself and giving up effectiveness.
If crosstraining your alt is your concern then just train up Gall BS4 on him and stick him in a Rattlesnake. It's a lot more expensive and not an ounce more effective but if you insist on not training armor skills it's the 2nd best thing that matches a caldari skillset the closest.
If you do think you can keep both accounts constantly fed with targets then the Golem + Navy Mega or whatever would be the best, but then you're doubling the amount of work you have to do for only 20-30% additional effectiveness.

I'll also vouch for using the domi alongside a gank ship (marauders are good as you can still salvage during the mission as you don't have to worry to much about the domi, but whatever tickles your fancy really ).
Assigning drones to assist/defend & not having to micro manage two accounts is a huge benefit, sentries work best in this situation and you'll find that everything within range just melts.

rattletank + golemgank = \0/ because of switchable damage types.
gank kronos is nice too esp since Void and Javelin buffs :D

Gank golem & Gank Kronos in separate missions, have the Kronos pilot go and mop up the big wrecks in a Noctis every so often.
