One thing buyers should know in advance: You will have to trust me with the full amount of ISK before i show you in the WH (Raid'En - 3d party - is not currently online to verify the wormhole, if he comes online at any point you can use him as a 3d party at a fee, to verify the wormhole before i get the ISK)

Bump!
In case the price seems too high, you should know that:
1. A C3 can pay back 1 bill of isk by "Soloing" its regular anomalies for a few hours - not counting Grav and Ladar sites (average isk per regular anomaly is 45 mill, "soloable" in 15-30 mins in a Drake, depending on the nom type, and even less time in a T3). Moves a lot faster in a team but still it is soloable
2. Uninhabited C3 with Hisec static is very VERY rare to come across (this is the first one i have met since i started playing EVE)
3. PI in this hole is not the best you can get, yes, "BUT" the fact that you have constant access to the market thanks to the hisec exit, allows you to sell the PI commodities it is able to produce (or whatever else you may produce) effortlessly. Also you will never have problem with POS fuel thanks to the permanent hisec exit
Just a few facts :)
Not good PI hole but still, empty C3->Hi = Priceless. Ask around if you don't believe me

Perhaps I am missing something here, but what would stop you from using the location yourself and/or giving it to others after any transaction?

I am using third party service for security for this transacrion. This secures i will show you inside the wormhole in order to get the isk i am asking for. I have paid to Raid'en the full amount in advance, you pay me the full amount and in case i am a fraud Raid'En will give you your money back instead of giving it to me. He asks for confirmation from buyer before he gives me back my isk. (Raid'en is well known to the community for offering trusted 3d party service)
After i show you in you are supposed to build a POS ASAP in there, which will make the hole "inhabited" instead of uninhabited and the defense of the hole is in your hands from that point on.
I am not using this WH for myself cause we live in a C5 and we don't want to live in a C3 :)
(and you have my word i won't show anyone else in for whatever that counts... I am using the forum, if someone confirms the buy here, noone else will buy after him. Its a process visible to everyone)

someone living inside have a big advantage to someone just trying to get some sleepers.
if this advantage is not enough for you, then it's not a trade problem, but simply that w-space life is not for you.
you will give some money to him, but i have the same ammount blocked from him.
it's the same things as most lotteries in that case.
if one party think the other have failed, then i will came to check by myself if there were cheating. (or look at KM, if someone talk about a ship kill...)
