I HATE the downtime message HATE it!
I would much prefer it said dear players the servers are going down in 1 hour for 30 mins instead of the dear players the servers are going down for 30mins in 1 hour.

edit: actually here's a feature request... please add a hotkey to mark all messages as read. so that right after insuring a ship or losing a ship or whatever you just hit that key and your flashy mailbox goes silent again.

-Neutral Colourtag no longer works. Was a good way to spot people warping in on your peripherals, bring it back.
-No Confirm dialogue for finalizing new CC, suggest implementing one.
-System information is in a box? Make it mobile or remove said box.

-Why is the effects like nos and warp scram on the only colume you cant change in the overview. I want them on the second colume or on the hud. Thanks

Also: - Route squares on the bottom of the "box" are annoying. Bring them back to the side, so I can still see the next jump even with X boxes open(which is usually the case for me).
- When selecting an installation for research/manu jobs, don't select "Current BP location" as default if the char has Supply Chain or Scientific Networking skills - rather "current constellation" or even "region". We can still narrow it down if we so wish, but I'm quite sure most of us would spare 2 clicks with that.
- Either make all "divisional hangars" in the same pos "linked", or make it possible to install a job having materials remotized if in the same location as the BP. Annoying to have to go back to pos to move materials from a lab to the other when you have rangifier skills anyway...

- Why do I still have to fit fraking autocannons on my Myrmidon? - Why do the slow ships get the close range guns? - Why do my blasters miss even when I get in range? - Why can't I see MY DRONE DAMAGE in the pigging LOGS when the ENEMY CAN!?!?!?! - Why do armor plates and rigs slow my ship down to about 1/2 of the shield equivalent? - Why is the remote sensor dampner bonus on Gallente recons so pointless?

The thing that brought this to my attention (though there are lots of them), is that if you are replying to a petition, it locks the rest of the ui, which prevents you from scrolling through the previous replies to your petition. I don't think that the view petition window is resizeable either (could be wrong here but I've tried it and can't figure out how) so you get to look at a tiny slice of the GM reply at a time and then you have to reply to that slice, scroll, then reply to the next slice.
Whatever function in the client that is locking out things needs to be removed.

And please for the love of God, move it to 2nd bottom item. Reserve bottom spot for killmails. You've no idea how many times I've clicked that useless tab now out of habit.

cba to read this whole thread, so forgive me if it's already been mentioned:
as of 1.1.1, modifying a market order no longer sets focus in the price field
you have to mouse over to it and click on it manually to put the cursor there, backspace once, and lower the price by 2 pennies or w/e

Personally, I don't care if the top of the station is just a black empty flat panel, just want to see the bottom of the ship. :)
edit: would rather that you worked on the ui side of things first, to save keystrokes/clicks, but this would be nice.

You can warp to mission locations BEFORE accepting the mission. This happened to me just now and was rather confusing as I thought I had accepted the mission, yet nothing spawned at the location. GM explained that I had to actually accept the mission, though :) ---- <sig goes here> |

- Mouse click on a fleet member on the watchlist selects the member's ship as if selected on the overview. - Ctrl+Click locks the fleet member's ship.
This allows for a better response by logistic pilots, who can react fast and direct to what is seen on their watchlist.
It also allows removing all fleet members from the overview while still being able to select them on the watchlist and helps to avoid mix-ups. ___
For the overview do I wish:
- Ctrl+Alt+Click to abort a locking attempt in progress.
This will allow to quickly undo any mix-ups on the overview and allows for a faster response. (May give an advantage over NPC ships however as they do not quickly change locks.) ___
For target icons:
- Ctrl+Click on the icon of an already locked target unlocks it.
One can unlock targets as easily as they have been locked. --

*Not being able to tell which module has been activated on which target -> I mention this specifically regarding salvaging, but I'm sure it has other applications too. For example, having 2 warp disruptors fitted to your ship, and having each one assigned to a different target. Say you wanted to keep one target tackled, but move the 2nd warp disruptor to a better third target: which disruptor do you deactivate (assuming in the heat of battle you forgot - very easy to do.) -> With regards to salvaging this is annoying when tractor beaming many targets, some of which are in range of your salvagers, some are still in approach, but you only want to deactivate the ones which are in range. ->Maybe some sort of drag and drop system with the small module icons to the right of the target icon, or just a click-on-the-icon system to deactivate that particular module.

The current version of the character creator centers your head in the middle of the photograph. This leaves lots of empty space above your head and makes you even smaller on the already minute pics.
Please reset the camera to what it was, so your head is on top of the picture and you can also show some clothes!

- Every kind of timer this and that not being visible. - Ship not docking when you warp to station - Directional scanner being difficult to use, sort and whatever. It's generally badly designed considering how much you need it. - Things taking a lot space on screen when you play on lower resolutions. Like chat, directional scanner, overview... There's very little you can actually see in middle of them. - Overview in general. There could be symbols whatever for different ship types instead of long text etc. That way you could make overview smaller and free up space on screen. - Targeting ship icons. Useless. Take too much space on screen on lower resolutions. - Generally developers should also test low resolution modes when they think new stuff. It is enlightening experience how much useless stuff you have on screen which could be made to take less space. - Small bugs on missions/plexes whatever. Which are never fixed. Specially farming i.e DED 2/10 in hi sec etc. - Too much drone plex this and that in exploration. I think this has been balanced a bit lately though.

Click the tractor / salvage icon to the right of the locked target. The specified module deactivates.

Proteus picture on the item info doesn't match the actual ship itself. That, and wrecks should auto-abandon in non-mission space after 30 minutes.
