Edited by: Voogru on 26/12/2010 21:19:06 My client crashed when trying to warp back to the station in FD, I went ahead and logged off for the night and was greeted with the following upon logging back in.
The player "Princess Atradies" decided they wanted a tribal tempest killmail, granted how my client crashed and I was unable to do anything, it wasn't much of a contest.
I'm pretty sure I would have been at the station since I it was the last thing I commanded the client to do before crashing, but even if then it would have taken place at a battlefield and I never agreed to a fight with "Princess Atradies".
I'm only reporting this simply because I lost a unique ship on SISI and I can't just go onto the market and buy another one, this player should obviously know that they broke the rules so it would be nice if they are held accountable.
Edit: My pod was at the station and logging in so I assume that's where I was ganked.

that kill is worth getting banned for. Any self respecting PvPer would have done the same thing.

Maybe I just didnt pick up the sarcasm, but a SISI kill is worthless. People fapping over test server kills where they risk nothing are not really pvpers, let alone self-respecting.
Just remove offenders from test server indefinitely, re-ban them with every new mirror.

It's not worthless, because the owner can't replace it.
Obviously the guy was doing nothing that contributes to CCP. Anything that needs to be tested can and SHOULD be done in a regular tempest or other player accessible ships. But this guy was on SiSi only to play around with his unique ship, with no intention of doing anything remotely useful. Just wasting bandwidth.

Next mirror, ship is back. Worthless kill. Only thing that had been achieved by the killer is the interruption of a test by the OP. Exactly the kind of thing that's not allowed on Sisi.

It doesn't matter what kind of tests the owner of the unique ship on Sisi did.. the guy who killed the ship without consent did simply break the rules.
Nothing you say can void this fact.
The punishment for breaking this rule on Sisi is a temporary ban.
And in the tone of the recent influx of people who don't care for the rules on Sisi I second the notion of a permanent ban to be introduced to Sisi for repeating offenders or bad cases. There also should be a review from CCP if there is a possibility to monitor Sisi better for this.. ISD or whatever is needed. support Public Idea Tracker | 24hr PLEX |

You've got to be trolling, no one can be that dumb.
