Did anyone ask Hi-sec questions or perhaps WH ones in this thread or the other one, before this meeting happened? I will not be voting in the CSM election, so you need to go vote to make up for me. |

Actually looking through this thread most of the questions are on Null and lo-sec. Any Spelling, gramatical and literary errors made by me are included free of charge.

Could not tell who was talking this would have been very hard to do ... unless you want to pay to fly everyone together and accommodation etc???? Don't be daft. Easily could have done skype video conferencing and streamed it via Owned TV. Something like this http://www.syednetworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/oovoo-6way-even-smaller.jpg
Don't be a jerk. No need to be mean to the guy that spent a lot of his free time setting this up for us. #whiteknight
This entire concept is still new and we learn something new about how to improve it every time we do it. As for using Skype's video conferencing, I'll look into it and see how viable it is for everyone. In terms of file size to DL, encoding, etc... these are things we'd have to look into. I don't have an issue with doing it like this if we can make it work. v0v CSM 7 Chairman My Blog - Where I say stuff Follow Seleene on Twitter! |

There is actually quite a bit of information on this in the Minutes. What are you wondering about?
Salpun wrote:What does CSM feel about the lack of features for winter?
I think until CSM finishes Release Planning for the winter expansion, we can't answer that because we don't know exactly what features will be in the expansion. That is just the simple truth; anything that takes place before even CCP has their plans in stone is just speculation. CSM 7 Chairman My Blog - Where I say stuff Follow Seleene on Twitter! |

telling him to "not be daft" was not being mean. It was more of a "don't be silly" comment Selective Pressure [FOVRA] is now recruiting! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1797934#post1797934 |

Not that I received. The agenda we covered before we went to the more freeform Q&A included all the questions I'd received up to the start of the town hall.
But remember - this isn't because high sec is being ignored in any way. If you actually look at what CCP is working on these days, it probably ranks Highsec > lowsec > 0.0 > WH stuff (depending on how you look at each thing they work on). CCP isn't really developing with regions of space as a focus. They're focusing on game play features - such as mining in general, POS stuff in general, combat mechanics in general. So understandably, many players feel that their particular region of space isn't being tackled as a whole.
The reason you hear so many questions about 0.0 is because a lot of players are frustrated by the fact that 0.0 hasn't been truly worked on for a long time now in lieu of the more highsec-type stuff like wardecs, crimewatch, mining, new player experience. etc. Vice Secretary of the 7th Council of Stellar Management.

I mostly thought they whined about 0.0 and maybe low sec, because they suck (those areas do). But I usually view them as all dickss, so I am pretty happy about the state of it. There are problems, but if they were fixed it would quickly become overpowered. Much like in hi-sec if there were more research or other slots, hi-sec would be too overpowered. So overpowered and people being dickss, keep me from really supporting a null sec buff, or expansion. I will not be voting in the CSM election, so you need to go vote to make up for me. |

Since the CSM seem to be responding in this thread now.
Any chance of comments on my concerns from page 2? (pref. together with the related ones raised by Malcanis in the duplicate over on Jita park).
That side of the minutes (and my concerns are raised in response to the minutes, or shall we say abscence from those topics in the minutes) gained little attention during the Town-hall.
On top of that, what do we have to look forward to for the Winter expansion now? In gameplay-related discourse. |

CCP may not be ignoring HI SEC but CSM is.

You forgot faction warfare at the end.
It is kind of funny though, how bad low and null are, but it is so hard to help out.
Faction warfare was getting pretty bad as well, but got a buffed. Which is a good thing, but it is still strange those places are tough to buff.
Also is their any new news from the null space project by CCP soundwave, or did that get scrapped? I will not be voting in the CSM election, so you need to go vote to make up for me. |

In the past there was that push for spooling a cyno beacon
Has the idea of a reasonably weak ship t2 destroyer type the could prevent cyno beacon to be launched on grid,
Requiring a force to jump into system off grid and warp to a targe instead of just jumping at desired point. Thes would cause slower ship to Arrive later at the fight than the frigates
Or is not the main complaint about jump bridging in?
This new ship would be a counter vs a nerd to cynos Some day I will have the internet and be able to play again. |
