Like I have 2 refineries so I can make them into two different resources on the same planet, being test cultures and water cooled CPU. But I have 3 harvesters on the water because right now that's all I can fit. I have one harvester sending the liquid to a water refinery A at 1200 liquids every 15 minutes. I have another extractor going to refinery B at 1195 liquids every 15 minutes. Lastly I have this third harvester that mines 1216 liquids every 15 minutes but I can't split the output between the two refineries. Is there a way to do this? Have 600 go to 1 and have the rest go to another? Or has that mechanic not been invented?
*Edit* Right now I have all of the third harvester going to 1 refinery. Which is a severe detriment to my over all efficiency.
*Edit again* I also have a storage facility that the two refineries are connected to.

Dump the storage. Route all raw materials to your space port. Route raw materials from space port to production and finished goods back to space port.

Its too far. I get the same energy overloading error. Its because the Command center is too far away. Its actually harvesting 3 resources and its as close as you can get actually

You cannot send from 1 extractor to 2 destinations.
The only way to accomplish it is to route from extractor(s) to storage (storage, CC, Spaceport) then from the storage to the refineries.

this way might fix it
extractor 1,2,3 route directly to storage
set up TWO routes from storage (one to factory A, one to factory B)
every 5 minutes (or 15, whatever) you get (ex1 + ex2 + ex3) dumped into storage. every 30 minutes you get 6000 units removed from storage by the factories.
output of the factories goes to where ever needed (command ctr, spaceport, etc)

There is only one reason to have a Command center linked: you don't have a spaceport.
I never link the command center.

This. Unless you have really low PI skills, don't ever use the command center for anything. Make a Launchpad and array the extractors and processors around it.

When I use the planet to make stuff like water and coolant, I don't even ave a star port. Its a waste of isk. Just launch and warp to it.

If you can use just a command center for your PI production, your planet is very poor or you like sending stuff into space expensively and often.
I like planets that run 168 hours between visits...

Yea, CC is for emergency storage if it's even connected and mine usually aren't.
With Improved (and higher) CCs in Low Sec the output from a balanced set of extractors and P1 factories will fill a CC in less than a day which will cause everything to be lost from then on until you launch and go haul it.
With a launchpad the storage is 10 times that of a CC, 10,000m3 AND you only need to be in system to launch it to the customs office which holds a jetcan load (25,000m3) thus, all you need to do is undock in system and export good to the customs office and redock... you can haul it later :)

Unless something's changed, I'm pretty sure you can send from 1 extractor to > 2 destination.

this
you can create (I think, it may have changed and this will become a bit irrelvivant soon) a maximum of 16 routs to a legal destination going out from one extractor, you just have to manualy key in less than the full ammount to each place you want to send to.
however the easy way to do all of this is to just dump everything from an extractor into a storage facility

ok I think you connected the CC into your network, delete that conection unless its actualy "in line" from one step to another and its small storage space would actualy be usefull(IE if you droped it next to a cluster of one type of extractors originaly, and can use it to colect all the output before sending it to a processor/processors and then off to the spaceport

Well what I ended up doing was sending all 3 to a central storage and having the contents split amongst the two refineries. So basically 1500 to both processors every 15 mins.
