Terribly sad news. Brave and upbeat all the way through. If you read his blog it was always hopeful yet realistic; positive and never self-pitying. His strength of character left an impression on many and that is why he will be missed and remembered so fondly. Rest in peace. |

Although our paths never crossed in the space lanes I discovered his blog while reading the UK forums. He was a brave and noble warrior in and out of game. My thoughts and prayers to his family and UK comrades. 07

Condolences and prayers. I lose friends this way, and still have their stuff they insisted I take.
(as for the situation regarding the griefers, didn't something like that happen in WOW some years back and the guild responsible for it was KOS through that server?)

We are just star dust in the great cycle of life and death that has lasted billions of years and will continue for trillions more.
We are both fragile but also immortal, I take comfort in that, and I hope his friends can too.
