I wish there would be a way to highlight skills in the training menu that I plan to train in the future. Or even a more sofisticated training planning, which would show skills you have not learned yet.
I fully understand there are third party tools for this, but for me it would be very confortable to highlight skills that I'm thinking of training inside the game. Not having to look through every available skill every time and being able to compare the times for each of the skills i'm considering without having to scroll through all skills again.
It will not conflict with the rule that we are only allowed to have 1 skill over 24 hours training limit, as you still have to decide yourself which skill you train next and assign it in the training queue.
It could simply work similarly with market quickbar.

I think, considering everyone and his dog is using 'third party tools' EVEMon, it's just wasted development time - Why even bother if there are perfectly viable tools to do it?
I mean I understand your point, but I can fully imagine the devs being more worried with incarna and improving the game as opposed to create a feature everyone's already using EVEMon for. ---

If you go to your character-sheet, there's a tab labeled 'SETTINGS' where you can elect to show 'ALL SKILLS' or only 'THE SKILLS I CAN CURRENTLY TRAIN'.
Select 'ALL SKILLS', and you will see all those you have not learned yet. (the red x-es give them away)

Plus you can also highlight the skill you're currently training or have partially trained, which lets you spot a skill you haven't finished training a level in. Handy if you suddenly decide to switch training from one skill to another and intend to go back to it later to finish off. ------------------------------------------------ Quafe is people! |
