Dude... they do acknowledge their customers. They are allowing people to redo their portraits when they didn't have to. They take the time to reply on the forums all the time. You should be banished to some far off desolate world if you actually believe CCP doesn't acknowledge their player base.
On another note, when did it become fashionable to yell for free SPs because of extended downtimes? I only remember people yelling for monetary reimbursement, or added time to their subcriptions?
