As a rookie mission runner, I'm running mission regularly and look forwards to take some advantage of the new patch. However, it seems to me there is no guide for pve part for sansah incursion. Have I had to get to sansha's space to do ratting? When and where can I find them? Look for helps here. Thanks.

You will have to wait for guides just like when wormholes first came out it took a while for guides with triggers and spawns to appear.
Where to find Incursions...pretty much once they start you will press F10 and you can see them on the map, can be anywhere pretty much (not restricted to Sansha space).

If those are anything like the incursions on sisi, a rookie mission runner won't be able to survive. Might as well pack shop and run missions somewhere else.

Why don't you make a guide?

Think frigate sized rats doing 1k dmg a pop. Incursion also drops your resist. It's usually HACs and Command ships with high resists backed up by Logistics. Basically all t2 boats with high native resists and relatively small sig radius. If normal mission rats are mobs in typical mmos, Incursion rats would be the boss, high dmg + debuff. Large BS with high hp pool but poor resists get popped even with a dozen rrs on it. It's like watching a train wreck in progress.

not necessarily. My corp fields mostly drakes and has no problems clearing Vanguard class sites.
It's all about having a good team. Think of it like dungeon crawls (heroics) like from that other game...
if your truly interested in doing Incursions, Chat me up (with your main) and we'll teach you the ropes.

Shouldn't the opposite be true? If they take your resists away anyway, just fit for maximum hitpoints, i.e. armor plates, shield extenders? I heard someone say that (on Sisi) his resists dropped to 1%.
Or is it capped somewhere so you keep at least half of your resists or something?

Penalties depend on the current state of incursion.
