Most memorable would be pretty early in my pvp career, me in Claw decided to engage Myal Terego (spelling? tdg..) in his Crow. Didnt take me long to realise he was using oversized ab with all my missing autocannons :p I also turned off mwd far to early and drifted a few km to far off him (we were both webbed).
Anyway tanking runs and armor is dropping for both, pop goes the Crow and a second later, pop goes the Claw, i laughed good at it...2 killmails and both final blows were capsule 
Was my first Claw loss and the only one to a Crow ever.

mine was definatley up in Fade, b4 FU collapsed.
I had fallen behind the rest of the fleet due to a major off-grid bumpage and was a jump or 2 behind anyone, as i jump through a gate theres a Scorpion there (i was in my Raven at the time), and he uses the warp scramble, target jam, and release drones gag, so that if i re-load FoF they would chase the drones.
Now, i knew this worked a treat because i'd had a 1v1 with a corp mate a week or two before that and he waled on me; he was using a swarm of LIGHT drones, so the FoF just sat there chasing their own tail, as he pounded on me with torps at his leisure (what a ***** tactic  )
Anyhow's this FU numpty used the wrong size drones (mediums or heavies i think), so i tank him as i re-load the FoF, release my own drones, pop his drones, and release a stream of FoFy death straight at him. I didn't have a scram on as i was set up for fleet not solo ganking, so he warped out. I thought my number up for a little while before i popped his drones though.

I play mostly solo so I have a lot of these...
I guess one of the funniest for me was when I had just got back into the game, I bought mods and went to a system to collect a blackbird to get down to some good old pirating. As I undocked and went to warp a Xetic destroyer comes and starts shooting (bear in mind I was only just back, I had no idea wtf Destroyers were or how good they were) the damage seemed pretty shoddy and last time I shot back at a station the sentries killed me and so didn't want to risk it. Anyway I try to warp and get stuck on the station and my shield is at 25%. Great I think, gonna lose a ship to Xetic... so I load up missiles and watch as it goes down in two salvoes. Nice way to find out the stats of a new ship

Mine wasnt really a 1v1 but it was fun.
I was about to go start making abit more money to insure my new apoc, under 3hours old probably (the ship), so i went to a 0.1 bored of missions.
I jumped in and was afk as i was looking at the eve forums, i heard a *****ling on my headphones and put eve up, missiles boomed against the apoc.
I turned the tank on and locked the 2 scorps gate camping, ABSSM and some1 else i cant remember, i opened up on mr no-name and tore his shields apart, tank is now on and rep going. cap being sucked and mr no-name running off (i didnt notice that i made him run  ) so i focused on ABSSM, cap getting low and armor tank soon to fail he was at about..... 40-50% shields. not realising mr no-name ran because of me i shouted 9mil in local over and over, he stopped firing and i transferred.
He let me go and i warped to a friendly corps POS, very good fight considering i was afk for about 50% of my shields demise.

I was in my ECM scorp at the gate to 0.0 in Obe... This shield tanked scorpion with whom i had been sharing the gate for the past 5 minutes convo's me and it gives something like this:
"hi, just bought this scorp and want to give it its first kill, wanna 1v1?"
- "nah, you won't even be able to hit me..."
- "Ok you're on dude!!!"
- "ok, as you wish"
so we warp to a SS, and he engaged me.. so i lock him, warp scramble him, ECM him, and start pounding him with torps and nos'ing him, He starts insulting me telling me im a lame ass ***** using ECM. I just answer that i told him he would be able to hit me :)), Few minutes later his tanking breaks up, i open his cargo container and what do I see?? F.O.F' cruise missiles!!! Guess he was so ****ed he didn't think of using them, especially since i wasn't even tanked a minimum .. :P

Hmm... best 1v1 fights I've had in EVE...
Blowing apart a destroyer using my mammoth is pretty high on my list.
Killing crows, taranises, destroyers, and the odd jaguar with my solo rifter is always fun.
Taking down a gankageddon solo in a thorax was also a pretty good time.
The best 1v1 I've ever had was probably 6 months ago, my taranis against Synapse in a crow in p3en. My blasters finished him off just as his last volley of missiles blew me away, leaving us 3k apart in pods. Then some random ***** in a crusader swoops in, grabs both cans, and gets killed at the other gate in the system. All the decent loot from our fight went down with that bastard.

Since everyone has told their tales, the commenting begins:
A person enters local in hlw-hp, my hunting grounds/happy place. He is alphawolf2929 and starts toss smack talk at everyone. I say something to him and he shows me some smack talk lovin in return. I decided he was my & CA's mutual enemy, got out of my [whatever cruiser] and took my rifter to go searchin'. I found him in a caracal and thanks to my old 10+ km rifter setup (1 setup among many that I used to use) I blew him up:

Fine performance considering it was your first pvp ever...
My first pvp was against a raven, scorp and a griffin while in my 2 hour old thorax. They were from "The Lost Boys" corp and I was lucky enough to remember their name sometime when I was in aunenen at the nonni gate in my raven and a hauler from them exited warp 15km away from me. Needless to say he went boom and 25k zydrine blew up with it.
Since then I only killed a L mining barge from them but I'll try and kill more sometime when I feel like it.
Moral of this story: Remembering names of old pirate corps for teh win

My funniest pvp was when me n Garnet Strife were in speed raxs and 2v2ed a rax setup for dmg and a ferox. we killed the rax and the ferox ran then all of a sudden 2 scorps, 1 cruiser and 2 bc's warp in after us hahahahaha.we try to kill the cruiser but the scorps lock and jamm us. We get out to 100km before cruise started hitting and draw out the cruiser and kill it hahaha.then we come bk in and at 80 km the scorps are jamming us again.... so lame....

Well not quite a 1v1 but i'll tell my story i'm not a pirate so decided to go kill some pirates for bounty - plus pirates can take being killed like men and wont whine later.
i just got cloaking on my raven and decided to test it out so i fitted 2 named sensor boosters and goto a known pirate spot - i goto first belt and cloak. Now i shout out in local saying hello etc, one guy shouts back saying hello and i check his bio seems like a nice guy so we setup a convo and i tell him i am looking for some bounty etc.
So we get chatting and he sez that his ceo said that if i needed any help at all i got it. i prefer solo usually but this time i said ok thanks and carried on chatting about pvp expiriences etc
Then a bb warps into my belt that i didn't know with a neg sec status, so i ask the guy in these exact words 'is **** game?' he sez yes
so i uncloak fire up my 2 sensor boosters lock on and fire first couple of torps to get him to notice the threat, before this i opened a convo with the guy and said bounty is 2mill to stay alive u ebil pirate
i get '8)' come from him, i think ok so he's pi**ing about - i have to act quick cause he is aligning and i have no warp scrambler so i launch full spread at him and his ship gets destroyed just before he was about to warp away.
i then check the victims bio to find out that it was the ceo of the guy i was chatting to previously. well i paid 1 mill and the other guy paid the rest for the miss understanding LOL
All happened so quick i didn't check the bio.
I thought it was hilariouse and after the corp ceo calmed down we had a laugh about it.

Funniest 1v1... well, i was flying around in my kessie, and i see 2 miners, a ferox and a cyclone, so i shoot one of them (their mining jaspet or somesuch). they start chasing me, firing heavy missiles. So i natrually run away burning MWD to a safe distance... but their following me. So i circle around and pop their can. That really riles them up. So, i run away and hide for 20 mins, while they smacktalk in local. After 20 mins or so, they challenge me to a duel. I accept, and say at plant X. one shows up, proceeds to fire at me. I just fly around him, not caring much since i go faster than his missiles. Then i warp to the core complexion factory... and he FOLLOWED ME! Sentry guns blew him up, i podded him, and grabbed his can. Lots of tech 2 stuff... then, i went on my merry way.
