I think everyone can agree that something is broken. Mostly along the lines of supercaps and 0.0 warfare... (No I haven't read other threads yet so maybe this idea has been proposed already. If it has, oh well.)
1. Make Bombers weaker Nothing out of the ordinary. Make it so that a flight of bombers would be able to break a singular dread's tank; but not enough to omgwtfpwn it in seconds.
2. Allow bombers to be assigned like fighters. Kind of makes up for the bomber nerf but this will make more sense in however much time it takes for you to get to the next bullet.
3. Make Dreads much stronger. Yes.. I said it... When you think of a dreadnought what do you think of? I think of a gigantic ship with massive guns that rips anything apart it hits. Thus I believe it should be in EvE. (because we all know this game is about total realism )
It has probably been said before. Make Dreadnoughts many times stronger as well as increasing the signature of their guns. They shouldn't be able to do significant damage to sub supercapital ships. However, it should be to the point where if a Supercarrier pilot spots a dread on his overview he starts ****ting his pants.
I also feel like it is somewhat realistic also. Think about it. In real life if a battleship/dreadnought (as rare as they are now) gets in range of a carrier it is game over for the carrier... However in order to do that it must get in range.
By doing this you are increasing the value of intel, as if you can get a warp in on a group of supporting supercarriers then your group has a much better chance of winning if you land dreads on them.
This also just generally increases the value of dreadnoughts and decreases that of supercarriers. Perhaps evening out the ratio that (to all accounts I have heard) is favorable to supercarriers.
This puts supercarriers in more of a role for killing supcapitals and generally supporting other gangs which is generally the idea for carriers.
Disclaimer: I have not fought in, nor witnessed, a capital fight. All ideas above are simply me shouting ideas in a forum area that is all about shouting ideas.

dreads do need some work. Sc's replaced them...and are targets for sc's, get it form both ends on that one. DPS fix not a bad thing...its not like they would op for pve (like ot does pve to being with lol).
Not like with the ehp of sov stuff they would be ownage either. lets be honest saving 5 minutes on a 30 minute bash....didn't save the tcu in 25 minutes, that 5 minutes not looking to be a life saver. If looking to bum rush the system for a node crash dev hax save...jsut do it sooner lol.
A dream sheet fix wold also be to unfu.. the caldari dread. Guns, it needs some. Give caldari pilots a chance at claiming a station on a bash. Also would put it inline with the only accepted fleet bs caldari has, rokh. Learn t2 guns for it, why not have a dread that doesn't have it be a dead end
