Not possible. If you're intent on selling everything, you must sell them one at a time.

While this won't allow you to sell everything at once, these things might be helpful to know.
Make sure you use "Stack all" from the RMB menu. That will allow you to sell items that you have multiples of as a group if they're not already grouped (mission loot, etc is frequently not stacked when you dump it in your hangar).
Unpackaged modules cannot be stacked (or sold), so the "Repackage" option from the RMB menu before "Stack all" can help with that. Be careful what you're repackaging however - don't EVER select all and repackage if you have courier contract packages in your hangar as you will never be able to complete the courier contract. Rigged ships also will lose their rigs when repackaged (but these will not be in the "Items" tab, they'll be in the "Ships" tab.

Unlike other games there are no npcs to dump trash items onto.
almost all items on the market are put on by other players so you therefore have to sell to each person.

you can however reprocess multipule items at once. and then only have a few stacks of minnerals to sell. however many items are worth way more then the mineral value so its realy only a good idea to do this after you have picked out and sold all the higher value items.

I pick out the items I know will sell for a good amount. My cutoff is usually 100k isk. Anything less than that goes into a reprocess pile. Easier to reprocess and sell 7 stacks of mins than 500 items. I'm probably losing isk on a lot of items, but I really don't want to do the math on 500 items to figure out which have a better mineral value than buy order value.

Another semi-relevant tip: Eve follows the standard windows grouping commands: shift + click highlights everything between what you're clicking and the last thing highlighted, ctrl + click applies a selection highlight to what you're clicking without de-selecting your other highlighted stuff.
That makes grabbing a bunch of stuff you don't care about and reprocessing it (what you'll probably eventually end up doing to massive quantities of low-meta items at some point) a lot easier. And once you've reprocessed the 2000 stacks of crap in your hangar, selling the 3 to 5 stacks of component minerals is fairly easy by comparison. ---

Absolutely. If you've decent standings at your trade hub, simply show up and melt the crap. Saves you valuable EVE time to do other things that are more fun than selling items. Learn the META 3 & 4 items and hold onto the Large items. Melt all that other crap and realize that wtvr ISK you're losing is the cost of going back out to do something more worthy of your time. I'd give anything for a Sell All This Crap button in the next expansion. Ninja Extravaganza, Strategies for Ninja Salvagers

As has been pointed out already the difficulty in this is that NOTHING you sell goes to NPC's, it all goes to players who have said they are willing to buy it there for a certain price and are waiting for people to sell it to them at that price. When you say sell the price it gives is the highest 'want to buy' offer someone has put up, it will only sell at that price till all his orders have been filled, if no other are put up you will after that sell for lower to the next highest 'want to buy' if you sell instantly. You can also if you click on advanced ask a higher price for the item, it won't emediatly sell but people can buy it from you off the market at that price if they want.
What could possible be implemented is that it would automatically sell everything to the highest WTB orders for those items if they existed (some items you can't sell directly because no-one is buying them at times), the danger here is that you would sell items horribly under priced (only people buying that item in the region put up a ridiculously low price hoping some-one will sell at that since no-one has buy orders at higher prices) And I could see a fair amount of abuse of the system as people filling all buy orders of low volume high value items and waiting for people to 'sell all' and get said high value items for next to nothing etc.

Can't see what an "sell all now at best price" button would change/do bad. Lazy poeple will lose money, others will gain.
As it is now, those not willing to put up sell orders may have to go through multiple hundreds of klicks to sell their mission runner stuff at minimum price - they just don't care. Why not give the option to do so automatically. If you care: put up sell orders.

The way the market is coded, everything is an order; the "sell now" button sets up an order which is then immediately met and sold by the server. Your requested feature of a "sell all" button would be like an autopilot feature; your EVE client would go through each item trying to set up sell orders and selling. It wouldn't be instant, you'd actually have to sit there and wait for it to query the market, find the pricing, then sell, for each item. If you have 1000 items, it would take 1000-2000 seconds (the market is slow), so you'd be sitting there for 15-25 minutes waiting for it to finish.
Anyway, CCP would have to code it, and it takes manpower and they suck at UI coding anyway, so there'd also be tons of bugs with it.
And it's kinda pointless because we usually select-all -> reprocess -> sell minerals anyway. You get MUCH better prices on junk than if you try to sell to the 0.01 ISK buy orders on the market.
So, "pointless feature that would be a pain to code" is the reason why they don't do it.

i don't know how much money i want for it, cause i don't know how much they are worth (i'm new to this game). Besides i sold them already (clicking them 1 by 1). I think i can try writing some autohotkey scipt for automating this selling for me... Do you know any keyboard shortcuts for selling 1 item? I mean what are the keyboard shortcuts for steps of such algorithm:
- displaying context menu of current item (or item under mouse)
- choosing "sell" option
- pressing "enter" - this is just enter on keyboard
- selecting next item (this is probably arrow down button). Or it's selected automatically? don't remember - must check it
- goto 1
If i had 1. and 2./4. keyboard shortcuts i could write this macro.

Now that's a bad idea. Read the EULA, before you even consider that, it may get you a nice ban.
Being in a helpful mood, and I sell a lot of stuff for other people, some other things you may want to consider doing when selling stuff, except for writting (nono) macro scripts:
Stack all your items. Select all and choose: repackage, be sure you don't repackage rigged ships, you may start to cry. When all your stuff is neat and tidy select to view them as a list. Be sure you can view meta level and Tech level. Put everything meta 3-4, T2 T3, storyline, faction and officer aside (in a GSC). Select the stuff that is left over, r-click then reprocess, this way you get minerals back, which you can use to build stuff with or sell further. May be best to do that once you got some proper standing with the station you are in and have some reprocessing skills.
Alternately, select all-> r-click -> create contract -> public+item exchange and choose "base price" on the third page of the contract system.

That would be a Giant Secure Container: the largest container you can put in an industrial ship cargo bay.

That would be an officer item that drops from spawns in icy surroundings.

If CCP is going to make "sell all" feature, i would suggest this: let player choose minimum "below average percentage threshold", to which items would be sold automatically. When item's price is below this threshold it wouldn't be sold.

Why?
Just have the same information you already get on the "fill highest buy order" setup they currently have, in chart form. A column for item name, a column for quantity, a column for isk value of sale, a column for %regional average. Maybe stick some check-boxes along the side of the chart to let people un-check things they don't want to sell at that price after all, automatically unchecked if there are no buy orders within range.
Stick a limit on the number of different items you can sell this way at once, and make it so that if people want to set manual sell orders they still have to do it one at a time, and you're not really burdening your database significantly beyond what it's already taking. ---
