Re the number sort - I've found the same thing.
It seems number columns are sorted alphabetically rather than numerically.
It would of course be much more useful if number columns were able to be sorted numerically.
This is a brilliant app - I highly recommend it to anyone considering usage. |

really useful, loving the tool!
is there any chance of the tool showing the trading of characters between accounts?

Jahn Ntago wrote:It would of course be much more useful if number columns were able to be sorted numerically. Programmatically speaking it already does, I'll look into why it's not doing what it should be doing.

A useful feature for certain situations, I agree, but I'm not sure how to tie that into the current system. API checks are designed to be run on single characters, not crossreferenced against multiples. (Would be nice though.) |

Firstly a wonderful programme, however could I ask you to please send me the source files for the whole programme please. If possible could you send it to [email protected] Or you can share it via Google Drive or any other service and simply send me the link via email? Or EVEMail?
Thank you so much!

Really liking this program. However I've been getting the following error for the last day or two when I attempt to load standings from the API. I've received the same error on different API keys and in both 263 and 264 versions.
This was from today. 12:25:48 PMAn unexpected error occured while trying to fetch standings from the API. Error: Could not connect to the API server. Recorded error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Once the API check is run and completes the only API that doesn't fail is that of EVE-Kill. All others fail. Here are some of the error messages received. 12:47:38 PMAn unexpected error occured while trying to fetch kill data from character {pilotname removed}: Could not connect to the API server. Recorded error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. 12:47:44 PMAn error occured while trying to poke zKillboard. Error: Specified cast is not valid. (received 6 of these) 12:48:09 PMAn unexpected error occured while trying to fetch kill data from character {pilotname removed}: Could not connect to the API server. Recorded error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
At this point, I don't know if the API failed because of an issue with the API server though it looks like it's up, the pilot APIs, or if it's an issue with API Checker.

Hmm - ok - other applications I'm using (EVEMon and others) don't appear to have issues connecting to the API server. I'll try it again once I'm home though. Perhaps there's some mild "blocking/filtering" taking place. Clone mechanics enchancements Deep Space Probe Revival |

403 generally means the API key either expired or didn't have the correct privileges in the first place. You can check that by clicking on the access mask or the icon next to it when adding/editing a key. |

First off, if you want me to give any sort of constructive feedback, you'll have to be more descriptive than 'I'm also getting xxx error.' (For the record, a 404 would be impossible unless FoxFour really derped.)
At this point of the development cycle I think we can safely assume that any errors thrown around that area are key-based issues, not software-based. In other words: Check your API keys. |

Is anyone else not seeing market transactions show up for those that have market escrows? Or possibly it is that buy orders are not showing up at all. Haven't been able to figure out which exactly. |

Firstly I wanted to say I love this program in theory.
In practice on my own toons this program is very nice. But when I (or my minions) try to use it for my corpGÇÖs applications it crashes. These applications do not have full access, might that be why?
Second is there a way to set it to flag a specific set of kills? Such as my home systems or hi-sec kills of freighters, orcas, miners and haulers, etc

Haven't been able to figure out which exactly. Market transactions should show up regardless. If there's a transaction in your wallet, it should show in the program. I don't really have any data to test with, so I can't tell you more than that.

What message does it give when it crashes?
9 Miners Galore wrote:Second is there a way to set it to flag a specific set of kills? I can't make any promises on when and how, but it's definitely on the to do list. |

I am also having a problem with it crashing on any new api I check. This isn't a specific computer problem, as I've tried it on three different computers at two separate locations. It also isn't the api I'm using; I've used three separate new ones.
On api's I entered some time ago, it works fine. However, as I try to enter a new api, it crashes while it is retreiving the data. It gets to "Preloading social life window" and an error pops up. "API Checker v2 has stopped working", and the usual Windows "Searching for a solution" error screen.
Is it possibly due to the new Crius release? I am using 2.6.4.1.
Love the program in general.

I can also send you a couple api's that are failing; it's the same situation the other guys mentioned after I posted - no error from the program, just a windows error message. FYI, I am running Windows 7 on all machines, 64 bit. I can also take a screen shot (I think) when the error posts, but it really wouldn't be informative, as I mentioned. From what I'm seeing here, it seems to be fairly widespread, too.
If there's anything I can do, just let me know - probably get a faster response in-game. |

I've fixed the issues reported above and updated the internal database to Crius. Downloads available here and here for x64- and x86-systems respectively. (x64 works on everything but 32-bit Windows XP.) You'll also need a new set of images, available here. |
