Pancreatic cancer is pretty fatal. Good luck to Mr. Jobs. Speculating about this or that seems pretty futile and ghoulish.

They don't need to. They just need to release some bizarre weirdass game in Japan involving pokemon and ****, and making the rest of the world wish that we had dropped a few more nukes than just two. |

Aye you're right there mostly. No one sells fallacies, half-truths and outright lies quite like the Americans eh? I especially like the part about inciting genocide because their cultures different. Ah well to be expected from a country founded by tax dodgers and religous zealots.

Edited by: Selinate on 19/02/2011 19:58:46 from different sources online (after an oh-so-complicated ordeal of typing steve jobs into google), it seems to be partially true. He has taken a medical absence to focus on his health. The nature of the illness, and whether or not it's terminal, is up for debate, as I can't find any other info on it.
@ sa'must, you did read the yahoo article and see that the article was written by the IANS (indo-asian news service), and their headquarters is located in India, right?

I'm pretty sure you can't 'found' a country anyway. A company perhaps. No, you generally have to steal one from the 'savage' trespassers in grass skirts. Offering flowers and other satanic stuffs. Also, you need a flag. That's very important.

You sound like an angry brit...should I remind you of the mess England has made of the world over the last 200 years? Between the French, Spanish and English, you can pretty much blame every modern day problem on the crap they pulled with their colonialism that extended up to the mid 20th century.

European colonial powers ran most of the world for 1000 years. This created a culture of subservient rulers who dealt upwards with their superiors and not downwards to the populace. This disease is evident in many corrupt countries where cabals of powers maintain upwards channels of power isolating its citizens.
Many poor people around the world aspire to western and American culture. This with technological internet culture has spawned much libertarian emergent behaviour in corrupt despotic countries. Let this soft power do its work. Western countries should work on these seeds and let them nurture. Journalists who want their politicians to come out with a lot of glib hands on rhetoric should take it and shove it up their arse. In particular the forwards development of the north African countries should be more about soundbite's that make the western media circus happy.
Get countries integrated into Globalization. What is a better index of a countries security in the world is if it has a McDonalds on its high street rather than mighty armies.

And as much as I hate the iHype, I wish no one death (except ingame) and hope that Steve Jobs gets better and starts making a new iPad or iPhone 5G or something so he feels better. ________________________________________________

Americans have managed to do more harm in the last 50 years than we managed in 1000. We however still did our damage with much more class.
