they dont care. they see it as a way to reduce teh number of people a system can support

im pritty sure they nerfed it to something like 5-8 mins...
and for number of people a system can support, im pritty sure they stated that a system should be able to support 20-30 players... which it doesnt.

As much as I hate to white knight for sov 0.0, the upgrades only reliably produce anomalies. And increase the value of belt rats. You can support 1 person off belt ratting, 2 off the sanctums and 2 off the havens. And by support, I mean an income source equal or higher than level 4 mission running in Empire.

Really? When I was in 0.0 I was bathing in cash, didn't know what to do with it all, could loose a BS per day. Just from belt ratting. I can't say the same about lv4s.

Maybe you just suck at lvl4s. Afford to lose a BS a day? It's what, 30m loss after insurance? 1 good l4 pays more than that.

Ship + fittings = 150-200 mil, insurance 30 mil. Insurance paid back 80 mil? 70-150 mil loss.
Prices in null are a bit higher than Jita.

missions high sec, no down time for afk cloakers, no real risk just faction fitted goodness.
anoms, constant roaming ganks, afk cloakers, no full faction fitted pimp ships as intel tends to be hit and miss, and by far less good than concords epicness.
systems now support 1 belt ratter if there are 8 belts or more and 2 active pilots in anoms, cos of teh respawn times its best for them to bounce between sanctum and haven each. rest of the anoms are worth sod all and are in comparison to missions at teh same pay grade of lv2's or 3's
