What exactly do you mean? What do you mean: one faction?
Do the old DED sites disappear? What happens to the antimatter channeler? (old buddy of mine) Does the spread of faction items through different classes of site change? One faction??? What becomes of the current faction items? Do all non matari factions get new sites but not the matari ones since they already are covered? are there new faction items?
What exactly is going on? ----- Member of CSM 2, 3, 4 and 5. Feel free to contact me with queries. Convo, evemail or join the "meissaCSM" in-game channel. |

More faction mods, whoopee. Having more then 200 different modules to increase my thermal armor damage resistance is not nearly enough. Clearly this is far more important then dozens of ship types being completely useless.

Looks awesome, and hope that this means more PvE stuff like new anomalies and hacking/archeology sites are in the works.
These might have already been answered, but two quick questions:
I recall reading a while back that the Pirate Entrapment Array was broken at release of Dominion, and did not in practice increase the chance of a DED complex spawn. Has this been fixed?
Will there be something similar to DED complexes for rogue drones at some point in the future, or will DED complexes continue to be restricted solely to the pirate factions?

So the TL;DR is: - introduction of the missing DED sites between levels 6-10 - new faction (probably rather 'complex') items from those new sites ________________________ CCP: Where fixing bugs is a luxury, not an obligation. |

I live there, actually. Alt posting to avoid angering the corp/alliance mates.
But yes, I have never has isk flow problem in 0.0 (or high sec for that matter) and 0.0 is nice and all.
But the places that need these buffs are low sec, not Null. I'm out in 0.0 to pvp is massive RR-blob-circlejerk-lagfests.
Not to try out the latest and bestest PVE content. give us more ISK sure. give the coolest and neatest PVE content to those who play the game FOR PVE.

I'm glad to see you fixing half finished older content.
I'd still like to know at some point exactly what you are changing and how it is supposed to work. Not vague comments about the general direction or overall content, but exact details. At least provide it for the people who will be testing the sites on the test server.
Some parts of the exploration system are based on luck and some of it is left for us to figure out, and I can see why you want to do that, but it's pretty hard to tell if content is entirely working as intended when we don't actually know how they should work. Since you are including totally new sites and some things like the rewards/spawning are chance and trigger based, I couldn't really tell if things are working as they should. I can only tell if the site is totally broken or not.

I think it probably balances out alright. I just moved to null very recently after keeping a high sec exploration operation going for quite a while. In the two weeks i've been out of empire, it seems like i made more cash in high sec just because the sites and escalations were much easier/faster to complete, the market hubs were more hoppin', and i never had to watch out for bubbles while toting a hull full of decryptors, bpc's, and faction mods to market.
Also i hardly ever got distracted by fleet ops in high sec. :)
Anyway, they are fixing up low- and high-sec as well. Null just gets firsties. This is good news! Be happy!

I too run 4/10's in High Sec via exploration. I am also concerned if they are removing those from high sec exploration or not. If they leave the 3/10 static complexes and leave 4/10's random scannables, all well and good. But, if they remove 4/10 scannable sites and say, "Oh it was never intended (a la high sec lvl 5's) I will be a sad panda.
After running numerous 3/10's and 4/10's there is a significant difference in the rewards between the two.
Edit: Oh, and I appreciated the humerous tone of the blog. However random drug screening of your employees is never a bad thing. Might explain some of the bugs that get introduced in the patches

Most Null pilots (that arent new players) can do sactums in their sleep. (some do *cough cough*)
If these are gonna be fun new sites, with awesome rewards, why not listen to the playerbase for once and put them in Lowsec to give it a much needed bump

I'm cool with more 6 to 10 sites in 0.0... Sorta..
1 Big Caveat...
There are 3 sec status levels, 1 to .5 High Sec, .4 to .1 Low Sec, and 0.0 ....
10 / 3 = 3.33 So why is it being decided that High will only have 1 - 3 when occasionally you could find a 4 ... wouldn't it make more sense:
High Sec: DED 1 Common DED 2 Common DED 3 Uncommon DED 4 Rare
Low Sec: DED 4 Common DED 5 Common DED 6 Uncommon DED 7 Rare
Null Sec: DED 6 Common DED 7 Common DED 8 Uncommon DED 9 Uncommon DED 10 Rare
And then make the rewards scale to the frequency of the site(s)?? To me it would seem a more balanced design, while giving a possibility for higher end content to low and high sec players, while not unbalancing the risk/reward system.
I Would also like to know when the busted sites that don't spawn NPC's, or De-spawn properly (Blood Raider site for one), will be fixed.. it's really frustrating to spend the time to scan down a site, to see it's a bunch of Habitat Modules (Casino, Brothel, Roadhouse, etc), and some Large Storage Silos, that you can't blow up without Concord getting mad at you and there's not even decent ore there, just a bout a dozen veld roids... It's a purely wasted effort...so will it be fixed in this release or in the near future??
CCP needs to really fix High-Sec content, as well as the 0.0 lag... Then everyone should be happier... 0.0 cause they can pew pew til they're wallets are empty, and high-sec because they're is fun stuff to do then without the PvP That alot of people don't really care to participate in... Lo-Sec.. Well Lo-Sec is just broken.. and I really have no solutions for fixing it... :(

A change that is appreciated. Exploration, especially in hostile space, is pve content that is actual fun for me. Just an fyi, anyone who has done exploration for abit will learn quick that to make any serious money, he should avoid all other plexes but the ded ones. Good stuff here, interesting. But I similarly wish you'd spread the love out a little - is there any specific reason why you're working on 6-10 first instead of picking a sprinkling to work on from all levels? And if you get mixed up and make some low/high sec ones harder than they should be, you'll get little complaints from me.

OH! To all the people complaining about ISK faucets in 0.0... please remember that the only ISK faucet is the NPC bounty. The pimp items are actually ISK sinks via market taxes. Doesn't mean I wouldn't rather see the 4-6's done first, but ... /shrug
Thanks to the team doing this. It is appreciated that you're iterating on old stuff. You are awesome. Especially if you fix the useless deadspace gear while you're at it. :-)

Yes. If your goals were to communicate directly and succinctly, you could say that.
If I could +rep you, I'd do that now.
Also, looks okay to me. However, please revise the spawn mechanics of plexes especially after dt when the systems load. When I log in, all plexes have already been run..

I couldn't care, cause I don't live there anymore but: I remember at the last time when you added 320 sites ...... only spreaded across the 5 pirate factions ...... Devblog

Actually this is good because this means a buff to low sec. Right now 4/10 spawn in them could use some 5/10 and 6/10 in low sec.

OK then. That dev blog was, ehhh, interesting ...
But I've got to ask.
So now we're having Team BFF working on all sorts of small technical issues. That's certainly good.
And now we have, if I read this correctly, Team Commie Pinkos, working with a small teams on a faster deployment cycles on picking up backlog issues to do with PvE?
So: Is this going to stay this way for a while? Are we going to see, dare I say it, several iterations of this? Is CCP actually, you know, going to work on these 'low hanging fruit' issues for some time now? Is there perhaps some other small team going to do fast deployment cycles on some other issues as well? Like tackling balance issues of modules, weapons, or, dare I say it, ships perhaps?
Because, you know, beyond the actual writing in that dev blog, that's all pretty scary stuff ... Inappropriate signature removed. Zymurgist |

Great stuff. Will the new Angel and Serpentis 6/10s be seeded into the lowsec exploration system (like the Blood/Sansha/Guristas 6/10s) as well as being available in nullsec?

Awesome devblog, I appreciate the entertaining writing style :)
I will chime in with other folks though to ask for a (dare I say it) clear, direct and succinct statement about whether 4/10s are being removed from hisec, and why nullsec is getting the buff before lowsec.
This pilot, for one, is looking forward to helping test this content on Singularity.

Are you planning to look at the number of sites vs the number of explorers as part of this update? Scanning has gotten a lot more acessible, and as a result it seems to be getting harder and harder to actually find any of these DED sites.

Nice tip of the hat guys! Gimme that V-twin and not only will I jump it off Stone Mountain but I will set a record on the Dragon's tail. Everyone knows CCP ATL is the best branch. :)
Seriously though - Sounds like a great expansion guys! I like many other EVE-o-philes, dislike reading about how improvements to "old" ideas in EVE is reinventing the wheel and not worthy because devs would rather be doing "new" stuff. I would call it an expansion because it is newer than what was there before and still takes skills. Ultimately though no matter what you call it - it is what keeps the players happy and loving it and that is really what EVE is all about - All the different explosions and goodness of internet spaceships 23.5/7 :)

Great, really great CCP, Love the work you're doing right now on Eve, fixing old content, finishing it, making it into what it was meant to be.
It's what I've been hoping for ever since I started playing the game and noticed some features still needed polishing.
I just hope you don't suddenly decide that you're finished with polishing the old content, and concentrate on new shinies again, I hope this is a long term plan of yours, to implement this design process. Every time you make a new feature, you spend some time on it afterwards to make sure it works as intended. Keep polishing, yeah, keep rubbing, it's getting shinier.
We don't need new shinies, we just need you to polish the shinies we already have, to make them shinier again. Edited for spelling |

Quote: Commie Pinkos Robespierre You want old stuff? We're talking dinosaur content save the soul of humanity with machine guns cyber-opera space-punk Mother Hubbard
And I probably missed a few even more obscure references.
TLDR: "you want old? We'll give you old in ways to make you regret asking."
No? Prove us wrong. For starters the idea of calling it old, In eve, what isnt, when you get down to it. Anomalies and signatures are just as ancient at their core. Really nothing but probeable mission spaces. New is PI, and to a lesser degree, sleepers and T3.
Left with many uncertainties. Will current distribution of sites be changed? Tbh I wouldnt know the difference if 4/10 was removed from hisec, I have not seen one since the occurrence of wspace. Nor any 3/10 for that matter, though there might have been a unrated rogue drone site or 2 in that category and some of the better unrated blood sites, in terms of combat difficulty but not drops (at best giving "dark blood" not centi/centum), rate somewhere in the 3-4 ballpark.
Will the remaining statics be moved to probing only? Have you contemplated spawn rates on those if you do move them, compared to the current campfarming rates on statics. It would be a shame if you let scarcity shrink the already small pool of customers for the modules that those sites supply.
Planned difficulty? Size of group, needed dps, needed tank+buffer. So far, explorationwise, I have not run into anything in lowsec, that a t2fit raven + basilisk could not have for lunch, meaning that probably a T3 with a logi/t3logi partner could do it as well. And that includes a few nossing blood sites that made a legion solo attempt end in a mail from PEND.
Timeframe for seeing any of this on sisi? Devoting specific regions/constellations on sisi to spawning only those new sites for efficient feedback possibilities?
ps: I like devblogs to be a fine blend between verbose and concise, adeptly switching between the two, reassuring the reader of the competence and sanity of the author, demonstrating insight into the subject at hand and awareness of player angles. Not trippin rebelranting, bordering on sarcastic brainfarting. tldr2: I expect CCP posters to hold a much higher standard than some of the more unsavory forum residents.

Question for the Devs regarding some confusing wording in the blog. It is stated that the new systems will first be tied into the Sov Mechanics for 0.0 space. This is extremely vague, can it please be clarified? I can only interpret this as new escalation possibilities for lower-tier Cosmic Anomaly sites to the new DED plexes (much as sanctums can escelate to 10/10 now), and/or adding the new 6+/10 sites to the signature attractor upgrade. Can clarification of what exactly "slammed into the sovereignty upgrade system" entails?
On a related point, "All new sites are then being seeded into both the exploration and escalation systems like their elder brethren". Does this mean that the new DED complexes will behave just as regular ones are now, or that this functionality will be added in later - like the 5-/10 complexes seemingly are?
The wording is rather confusing in both these instances. Can we please get a clarification?

Seriously, do the people that write these posts (btw, it's not "newest devblog" it's "newest post") have some sort of rules printed on the walls ? "How to write camp and pathetic texts with lame attempts at cuteness or being cool?" Must be.
No wonder that most of these posts start with a self-deprecating, appeal-to-pity, fallacious "TL;DR".
Actually, I'm starting to believe that those TLDR's aren't lack of taste cuteness anymore, they're really sincere.
Maybe the persons writing these things go on thinking "****, I could write this in 3 lines and then go fix lag, but rule 3C requires at least a comparison to ZOMFG!ponies... I'll slip in a TLDR to share my misery... The supervisor will never suspect!!"
Now to make this a productive critic:

Oh, so you're basically just stupid, got it. See, more varieties of deadspace modules have very little to do with your LP conversion rate. Furthermore, more variety in plexes has nothing to do with your LP conversion rate.
The thing that boggles my mind is that this is CCP iterating to finish old content - effectively making it newer and nicer - and you're *****ing because it might (but almost certainly won't) affect your LP conversion rate. You tinfoil hat it as a stealth nerf.

First time on the market? Ok i`ll explain. It will affect conversion rate if new deadspace modules will be just same as the other items from LP shops. Take FN Tracking Computer for example. It have strict lower price, you cant lower it below some point. Price for it now 170mil, and just identical Serpentis TC costs 100mil and it can be lowered without restrictions (deepends on greed of the seller). And now if you throw on the market another "new" Blood|Sansha|Angel TC the price will cut even more, lowering profit from popular LP stores or even making them worthless. Isn`t it obvious?

You do realize that they aren't creating new items. They're simply creating deadspace complexes that will drop items that aren't currently in game. Like Pithum B-Type Medium Shield Boosters. Examine the dev blog:
Originally by: Dev Blog Our predecessors may not have finished their great temples to space piracy, but in their wisdom they fashioned all of the space-magic faction modules the project would require.
For all intents and purposes: if it isn't in your EFT right now, it isn't going to be after this gets deployed. And even if it were, I wouldn't expect it to affect the price of your shield booster any more than Pith B-Type Larges affect CN Larges.

They will never fix lag. The more ships their combat simulator can handle, the more ships will be squeezed into blobfests.

Fellow pod pilots and esteemed colleagues. I am sure you are all equally pleased with the fruits of our labour, which are a direct result of our pilot project of bribing rewarding devs with PLEX for Beer, as opposed to the traditional method of using ungoldy concoctions of griefing and trolling. While we are still in the process of finalising the actual delivery of aforementioned beer, we hope to roll out this revolutionary new method to all the dev teams.
On a more serious (?) note, as Liang Nuren pointed out, the items are already in the game (in name only), it's just there aren't any sources to get them from. As a rule of thumb, DED 1, 2 and 3 drop frigate sized C, B and A-type modules. 4, 5 and 6 drop the cruiser sized ones, and 7 to 10 drop your battleship sized C, B, A and X-type modules, with the appropriate faction specific prefixes. So, seeing as none of the factions had all 10 DED plexes, none of them dropped all their deadspace modules.
I was going to ramble and whine in typical carebear fashion about null being first, and 4/10s allegedly becoming low-sec only, but I currently have hot chocolate so I shall refrain.
As for the actual writing style of this devblog, +1

Never fails to amaze me... Devs don't communicate with us and everyone gets mad. Devs communicate with us and they are wasting their time instead of working on EVE. Devs don't give enough content. Devs post a lot but no substance. Nice, but we don't want this, we want that. This isn't our pet peeve so, awesome or not, we don't care. There aren't any pretty pictures. There are no graphs or charts. When there are, stop it and get back to the lag issue. Devs are too dry. Devs are too witty. We want more detail no matter how much detail there is even in the early stages of the matter. As I read the posts, the first reaction is amazement, then a dumbfounded look, and finally laughing and shaking my head. I would never want to be a dev. EVER. It's a mostly thankless, no-win job when it comes to the vocal community.
That said, I thoroughly enjoyed this blog. Quite entertaining and enough content to believe that there is some good stuff coming down the star lanes. BUT I do have a few questions...
- Why not divide them a bit better as an earlier post suggested with some rare higher levels occasionally popping up in hi- & losec just to make it interesting and allow for the rare chance of some better loot in those areas?
- Why is this starting in 0.0 instead of losec as is the general consensus? Losec definitely needs the love.
- With the DED coming back into focus, could we please get the DED Social skill inserted too, tying into DED missions leading to some of these DED sites?

With each new site, we are introducing into the game this faction-themed loot that the gods always intended to be present, but for the failings of man. That's right, this thing just went biblical.
That's three great flavors for one low price. New NPCs, new world building, new loot, all coming at you in our next release.

You may think of it as a sign that CCP will be dealing with loose ends and unfinished stuff after all. This is great and awesome. Real awesome, not current CCP's "awesome".
But you may see it as a length of an iteration cycle being about 4 years. Now this would be a CCP brand "awesome".

So the TL;DR is: - introduction of the missing DED sites between levels 6-10 - new faction (probably rather 'complex') items from those new sites
Yes. If your goals were to communicate directly and succinctly, you could say that.
And what were your goals, to communicate like an easily excitable 11 year old?

On distribution: We are not changing the current distribution mechanics for DED complexes. Wherever you find a given level of DED complex currently, you can expect to find it still after this update.
In the case of the Entrapment Array, the total number of sites won't change at all. What you will see is a more reliable change in sites as you upgrade the array. So if you're hanging out in Guristas space, you'll see a new site for all five upgrades of the Entrapment Array.
For exploration, new pirate complexes will be added to the appropriate space. For example, Blood Raiders didn't have many DED complexes. That meant Delve had fewer total DED sites than Curse. Now the two will have an equivalent number of sites. This will raise the total number of DED complexes available at any given time.

Not sure if you're planning on tweaking existing sites or not, but if you are, I'd suggest looking at rewards of highsec drone sites. "Rogue Drone Asteroid Infestation", in particular, seems to lie fallow even in busy systems, as it drops only 500k or so in Overseers' Personal Effects, with not even a chance of something interesting. I would suggest that if it dropped 3-4 pieces of T2 salvage (similar to the 10/10s), it would probably be about as attractive as the other 3/10 sites.

Since when have there been 9/10s, I was under the impression they did not exist.
The elephant in the room, which was not clearly answered: are there going to be new types of deadspace gear that did not previously exist (i.e. deadspace invulns/damage mods/ect) or will this merely fill in a few missing A/B/C types that did not drop for some factions? I'm not sure how to interpret the statement

Changes how far-reaching this fix will be. Where making sure there's an opportunity for every currently existing mod in the database to drop will do well to help fix exploration content patching up the holes of what there's deadspace mods for would have more far reaching effects of helping to balance supercaps between one and other since your Wyvern pilot isn't stuck buying 5 bil a pop estamels invuls to compete with an Aeon. I'm very much in favor of seeing more types of deadspace mods out there to even things out in that regard I'm content if this remains a more long-term and secondary goal to be addressed as they continue to fine tune and improve the DED sites.
Ideally I think having 2+ DED sites of each type would be nice in mixing things up so that it isn't always the same 10/10 you hit in serpentis space for example.

While you're at it can you look into mechanics behind Entrapment Array? А lot of people feel that they are either dont work at all or the difference in spawn chance is neglible.
Wording in the description of EA is far from clear, but even if one assumes that different levels of EA affects different sites (like first level 6/10 and xxx base to level 5 10/10 and xxx provincial hq) its not evident that these upgrades do anything at all.
I live in angel space, so we've got 7/10, 8/10 and 10/10. In my expirience chances to find plexes in upgraded systems are not any better than in systems without upgrades.
PS. To all the people complaining about respawn of plexes at DT. I'm pretty sure, that respawn of exploration sites have little, if anything at all with DT.

Exploration is actually well done in terms of rewarding player skill over simple grinding. The plexes themselfes are always the same and not excititng, but the challenge in exploration lies in finding them. I doubt there is a bot out there that can go around, probe out plexes and deal with friendlies and hostiles looking for plexes themselfes.

Unfortunately, I am still unclear on this point. Is it the case where a Sov-holding entity that upgrades its IHUB w/ the Entrapment Array(*) should expect one additional site per level of upgrade per day in a given system? For example, if the upgrade is level 5, will an explorer find five DED sites in her system in a single day?
And on a related note...
Originally by: CCP Big Dumb Object ... For exploration, new pirate complexes will be added to the appropriate space. For example, Blood Raiders didn't have many DED complexes. That meant Delve had fewer total DED sites than Curse. Now the two will have an equivalent number of sites. This will raise the total number of DED complexes available at any given time.
I am aware of the DED 6/10 and DED 10/10 spawning in null-sec, blood raider space. Do these additional DED plexes mean that more of the same 6/10 and 10/10 will spawn across Delve / Querious / Period Basis on a given day(**)? Or that newly configured DED 7/10, 8/10 and 9/10 will also spawn for Blood Raiders, in addition to the existing 6/10 & 10/10 sites?
+++++++++ (*) - As an aside, the "Entrapment Array" IHUB upgrade, since the release of Dominion and up through present day, never proved to be a worthwhile investment. Even at upgrade level 3, the same number of DED complexes spawned (more like didn't spawn) as compared to nearby null-sec systems. In fact, nearby systems with no upgrades whatsoever spawned more DED complexes than the upgraded system. The upgraded system in question, some days, would not spawn a single complex, DED or otherwise. This behavior was petitioned with no resolution. Are the changes addressed in this Dev Blog intended to fix this lack of improvement?
(**) - not taking into account IHUB upgrades.

Edited by: Korvin on 03/03/2011 15:22:16 While I'm glad that we will have a new content and missing DED will be added, the other part of this changes makes me worry and even worse.
First of all, as I understood there will be no Drone DED added, so the entire region will get a disadvantage. That reminds me the old T20 incident and why CSM was formed after all. This is just wrong.
More than that - the new Entrapment Array is something that I'm personally against for. In my beliefs, the main reason we have large coalitions dominate in 0.0 is the fact, that all small entities are dependant from their sov hubs now, they need time and money to upgrade and can't risk to lose them in a battle, they will just not be able to recover their losses without them. Now with this new feature you just want to make it worse. You know, there is 2 types of players who lives in 0.0, one of them are sov holders, the others are not, consider them as a 0.0 pirates, with the course that CCP took in Dominion and you continue here, you give no chance for the second group to survive, so you make it boring for both of them after all.
Now what I ask politely, is to reconsider the Entrapment Array introduction and add Drone DED before you implement this change to TQ.

Fixing old stuff?
Let me describe the 10/10s I run into in Serpentis 0.0 and you let me know if something seems fishy to you.
1. Serpentis Fleet Shipyard - Fairly common. Doable in an hour with a Ishtar tank and two DPS. No respawns or aggro problems, very safe. One overseer in each pocket. Guaranteed 23rd tier overseer effects. Regularly drops Vindicator BPCs and X-Type modules.
2. Serpentis Logistical Outpost - Fairly common. Complex itself drops nothing, but there is an almost guaranteed escalation. Heavy energy neutralizing and up to 8 respawns per pocket. Last overseer might drop a Vigilant BPC and A-type modules if you're lucky. Usually nothing valuable.
3. Serpentis Provincial HQ - Four escalations before you reach the end. The last pocket spawns, I kid you not, 70 battleships in total. Very risky without a carrier. Last overseer has ight drop a Vindicator BPC and X-Type modules. No guaranteed 23rd tier overseer effects.
4. The Maze - my favourite. Before you reach the end you need to go through a labyrinth of acceleration gates. Every wrong turn leads you back to the beginning. May take up to 2 hours. Last station shoots EM torpedoes so tank EM, thermal and kinetic. Numerous respawns. Risky without a CS or a T3. Possible X-Type loot.
I'm sorry, but they have clearly been balanced by a drunk baboon and from what I read in that dev blog you won't even bother to look at the old complexes.
Once again, I have to doubt your "fixing old stuff" promises. Not big surprise. ---

WTF? Why not start with the low level stuff so everyone has a chance to try it out? Or at least fix the huge 0.0 powerblock issue first so ppl can actually get to the DED plexes.
Typical shortsightedness.

First you nerf drone poo then esclations from drone anoms then nerf exploration in dronelands to bring into ballance with the rest of 0-0 now buff buff buff the rest of 0-0 faction space and the droneslands?. well first anoms are borked some of the time which means oops sry cant do anything about it , will reset in a couple days thanks !. cosmic sigs have been borked ever since they were intro'd sometimes they work sometimes they dont but not to worry they are working everywhere else in the universe and give better loot than in the dronelands!. BTW doesnt it seem like drones stuff belongs in drone space?. we dont get gisti angels ect ect....so why do everyplace else gets drone stuff ?. Ah the devs are worried that the dronelands will upset the market in empire with minerals and the like first remove all other drone stuff thats not drone space ! oh btw dont see any crash but quite the inverse with mineral market .Maybe those pub crawls are a bit to much for some of you ? should try a good colon cleanser to clear your mind Linkage put your thinking cap on boys and girls !

Steele, you got those Balz, I must say I totally feel your pain, it feels like no one likes drone lands, but everyone wants to fight over them, at least we still have the best pvp going on

Me too! But I'd be ok with systems that actually spawn Cosmic Anomalies.
Right now, I'm not seeing (in a very small sampling of null-sec systems) any spawns outside of Gravimetric sites.
As I have already asked in the Incusion 1.4 issues thread: would CCP please clarify what we should expect to see in null-sec systems when it comes to the chance of a Cosmic Signature (NOT anomaly) spawn?

Into the Abyss I'll fall - the eye of Horus Into the eyes of the night - watching me go Green is the cat's eye that glows - In this Temple Enter the risen Osiris - risen again.
Tell me why I had to be a Powerslave I don't wanna die, I'm a God, Why can't I live on? When the Life Giver dies, All around is laid waste, And in my last hour, I'm a Slave to the Power of Death.
When I was living this lie - Fear was my Game People would worship and fall - Drop to their knees. So bring me the blood and Red wine for the one to succeed me, For he is a man and a God - And He will die too.
Now I am cold but a ghost lives in my veins, Silent the terror that reigned - Marbled in stone A Shell of a man God preserved - For thousand ages, But open the gates of my hell - I'll strike from the grave
Tell me why I had to be a Powerslave I don't wanna die, I'm a God, Why can't I live on? When the Life Giver dies, All around is laid waste, And in my last hour, I'm a Slave to the Power of Death.
