Hi,
I purchased a ticket via the eve-online fest link, the carrier is iceland air.
The ticket stipulates I leave on the 21, and return on the 25.
I basically miss a day and a half from the fest.
I called iceland air and asked them to move the departure date, since the link given was faulty. They told me nothing can be done.
So basically, I'll go to iceland for 3 days, no nothing and attend the fest 1 day because this damn company wont move the departure date. Talk about customer service! We made a mistake, well screw you, not our problem.
Am I the only one is this position? Cause really I should have went there by boat, its safer than to deal with these idiots (iceland air)

Good luck in getting this sorted. Hopefully if they get leant on by someone at CCP they'll make an exception for you, seeing as this whole FanFest shebang is probably the only thing keeping the company afloat at the minute

Aw man, that sucks, I really hoped they'd own up and fix this. Icelandair hasn't exactly impressed me in the past, but this is a new low.
I guess I was wrong in the other thread though, maybe CCP can help you after all.

Ok, CCP, really, you impressed me there.
Just got an e-mail from Iceland air telling me they cancelled my previous package and are gonna move the date to the 23-27!!!
Thumbs up to Mr.Mike Read and Mr.Eldar from CCP! I REALLY appreciate what you guys did for me and if I see you at fanfest (which may be hard considering all the people there), I'll owe you a beer.

wow! way to go ccp, just read this and I am very impressed. So many trolls on these forums whining about CCP. You guys are without a doubt one of the most responsive companies (let alone gaming companies, of which I can't think of a better one) out there. Glad I am supporting this company and get so much in return. -------------------------------------------------
