Edited by: UniqueOne on 16/03/2011 03:43:38 I forsee even larger blobs once most of 0.0 is nerfed. This change seems really really REALLY stupid (and in the advantage of a few alliances who do not need it anyway)... but as usual we have little choice but to wait for details.
Increase a lot of 0.0's sec status to offset this and maybe it will be acceptable...
Also, fix the lag! Remove + standings from eve!

NO. Blobs make this game boring - and unplayable... You are just adding to the problem.
Equal value space = many small entities fighting. Most of 0.0 useless again = Massive lag blobs fighting for the few worthwhile bits.
.. I hardly ever even do anoms, I am just worried about the consequences of this change.

This is ****ing bull****. Why the **** are you going out of your way to penalize groups who cannot access high value pockets of space again? This is exactly the kind of biased nonsense which brings CCP a bad name. This is exactly the kind of change some dev would suggest whose toon is in one of the powerbloc alliances to make their space more valuable. Get your heads out of your asses.
"equal value space makes this game boring"? Only some ****** in a powerbloc alliance would make that argument - or someone who has no experience trying to carve out an existence in their shadow. You guys are so clueless it boggles the mind.
Exactly right. The name of the dev team and the changes to guristas show what/who this is really all about.

P.S. Lagging out systems until one side gives up and leaves is not PVP. Why not limit the number of (blue/other seperately) people that can target a single ship based on the sig radius of the ships? Primary targets and lag are what is making the game boring.
Well when looking on the map most of the north does not have that impressive truesec.
So I kinda wonder what it means for delve(the warthorn nomansland in the west) which has rather low truesec.
^^ and their NPCs still have unlimited capacitor to drain you with. Where is the balance with the gurista change?

True. I guess some people do not realise you can copy the AppData\LOCAL\CCP\EVE\<profile name> directory to other computers. It's not hard, and we really don't need the extra lag and limitations just for lazy people.
A howto on the forums would be much better then making this server side.
However, it would be nice if the fit button worked properly when the items are already fitted in another ship slot :)
