We capsuleers are often guilty of overlooking the plights of the ungifted. Though our brothers and sisters of the TLF fight courageously and do outstanding work to bring freedom to those countless souls trapped within the Empire, the practice of slavery in the Khanid Kingdom remains unchecked.
Attacking the Khanid Kingdom itself is beyond the scope of even the most powerful capsuleer forces, but we can militantly oppose their colonization of worlds outside Concord's protection.
Vanguard Imperium, in the name of The Khanid Kingdom, has established itself in Querious. With them they bring Khanid culture, Khanid law and the Khanid policy of human subjegation.
None of sound mind can argue, all those who embrace the ideals of freedom are hence forth obligated to take up arms against these slavers and destroy them if so able.

Querious? That place next to Delve with all the fighting and exploding?
I don't think you need to lift a finger.

"Ushra'Khan has declared war on Vanguard Imperium. Within 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved. "
To Arms, then.
We will give no quarter as we expect none from savages with revenge in their hearts.

Querious belongs to FIX. However in the meantime, I would suggest simply hiring Pandemic Legion to remove Vanguard Imperium, they are been quite effective at that.

As always, it intrigues me that so many are willing to stake their lives on the notion of "slavery." As if your own culture didn't practice slavery using an incredible array of euphemisms to cover the simple fact that all societies practice direct or indirect ownership of human beings.

you will find no slaves here! Most of Vanguards corps have been changing attitudes and culture withing the Khanid law. We are setting up honest trade and changing the culture from wihtin by showing the rewards of hard work without slavery. Your war gives credence to the arguments of those resistant to change. Those of you who decided to be short sighted and use poor judgemnt have chosen poorly. We may have the Khanid lable but we are Minmatar and taking Querious for the Gain of all Minmatar! This is a rather good move for Ushra'Khan from a PR point of view. If/when some larger power comes along and removes Vanguard Imperium from Querious then they could claim part of the credit for it.

This is exactly what I thought, and I highly doubt U'K has the ability to do much to them without outside interference. Though, I get the feeling if either party gets serious, New Eden may just have some entertainment.

There will be no reform.
There will be no mercy.
There will be no quarter asked and none given.
We do not negotiate with terrorists.
Any prisoners of war will be cleaned, chipped, educated and made to serve God and the Khanid Kingdom for the remainder of their days.
We await your arrival.

Until we develop a method to remove all of your cloaking devices and get your ships to engage with any regularity that will be a very accurate statement. Ushra'Khan attacking the occasional pilot of ours clearing out Sanctums seems to be about the best we can hope for at this point.
Oh, and we did notice a few Electus Matari pilots skulking about in low-sec Kingdom space today! Of course they ran past us so fast we didn't get a good look. Those Matari ships are indeed quite fast, and quite impressive when viewed from the rear as they scamper off.
In any case I'll be happy to open up some of the larger slave pens in my station if they'd like to stay a bit longer next time. Rent would be free, of course

May the blessing of Almighty God be on your and your crew, may you fight with the fury and speed of Angels may you come back proven, tested and may you not have any rear hull damage or else do not return.

Pandemic Legion have been and gone and we're still here.
Many of the former members of FIX now reside in Paragon Fury in Cascade Imminent. However, the politics in Querious is complex, and U'K have jumped in with blind fervor and a misplaced sense of justice

Also,
Slavery is clearly not the black-and-white issue that U'K suggest, and their insistence on painting with broad sweeps across anything that suffers their moral indignation clearly marks them out as the fundamentalist extremists that they are. This action in Querious is just another example
Furthermore, using violence to force the behavior of other human beings is contradictory to the concept of freedom, and the 'ideals of freedom' most definitely dictate that such means do not justify the ends

Ahh Rodj, you say this as your beloved CVA suckles the teet of the same dastardly alliance who we stood with to remove them from Providence initially. So whos coat tails does PIE ride now? Mabe we should turn our attention back to you instead of Vanguard? Of course we would hope your pilots appear in space this time as we lock down your vaunted core worlds.

Yes, we are such evil evil people. The Amarrians use of Vitoc and its sentence of service or death should be a shining example of freedom for the masses. Better, your beloved Kingdom has devolved to the level of the Sansha in their preference for 'Transcranial Microcontrollers'. What better way to offer freedom to the masses than to reprogram their neural pathways so that they see everything they do as a state of freedom and bliss.
Your God is dead, it is your avarice and greed that propel your Empire now.

Well I don't use Vitoc and Transcranial Microcontrollers and my slaves are perfectly happy and productive, so you must be doing something wrong. I can give you some tips about how to manage your slaves better if you'd like?
Also you seem to have missed my point; that two wrongs don't make a right
