Very soon tm I will have an armoured warfare cheif for assignments
> 5 tactical warfare links > 5 Armoured warfare specialization > Has the armoured warfare Implant > Absolution commandship pilot
This character in a fleet boosting role will provide a significant edge to the side he's on, I would like comments on the kind of fee I should charge for assignments ect and how much interest there is. <<<<<<My girlfreind left me because I dont have a car... jokes on her, I have a command ship now>>>>>> |

FYI
Gear deployment is dependent upon deposit which will be returned in the case of my property being in one peice after the assignment
> normal tech 2 fit: no deposit required > Faction fit (deposit equal to the value of the faction items I fit on my ship) on my top faction fitting I can tank redicilous amounts of damage with teh aid of boosters <<<<<<My girlfreind left me because I dont have a car... jokes on her, I have a command ship now>>>>>> |

If fleet boosting is purely the emphasis here the Damnation can do the job better than the Absolution since it can fit 3 warfare links simultaneously and gives a 3% bonus to effectiveness of Armored Warfare Links per level. The Absolution does not get this bonus.

Your point is valid, cant use damnation yet, the Abso however can use 3 links is set up mid slot with the mods to allow the extra linkage. The extra bit of boosting you get from the damnation however wouldnt make up for the lost firepower in small fleet battles, big ones though agreed. My point here is compared to teh majority of self proclaimed fleet boosters my ton is exceptionally good, most fleet boosters dont go past 4 in their chosen specialization and dont have the ability to use the implant. The implant makes up for the lost bonus of the damnation really and also increses everyones armour by 15% <<<<<<My girlfreind left me because I dont have a car... jokes on her, I have a command ship now>>>>>> |

I have char. that can fly Caldari and Amarr Command Ships in setups similar to what you propose with all relevant leadership to V, Command Ships V and with the hardwiring implant(s) also.
For sure it can make a huge a difference to the correct fleet and it's easily a 6 month training skill path off the beaten track that peeps find hard to justify.
Tbh the variables on this are extensive and I would say for sure there is a no one size fits all solution.
I have always been inclined to use the Damnation or Vulture over alternatives albeit this was mainly in a neutral fleet boosting capacity or boosting while not directly engaged in the fight.
So maybe a market for this service is viable but in smaller scale pew you potentially could have a scenario where your ship could be worth more than or close to the combined cost of those you are boosting i.e. cruisers as mentioned
Given this I think the worth of the service is heavily reliant on so many factors that it would be hard to set a benchmark.
I would assume in any case that any entity that feels the urgency to pays isk for fleet boosting services is still going to get mauled.

LSS has the same situation going. Highly doubt you can get paid for it. There are quite a few amarr pilots out there and it really doesnt take that long to be able to run Armor and Skirmish links.
If you can get paid for it....then props to you. But I have an aly that can do the same thing.....
so Ill prolly call BS if you say you can get paid for it.
as a matter of fact, wardec LSS and see what happens.

This is Stupid. Any monkey with half a brain can train this stuff.
Potential customers... train an alt for it. Better off in the long wrong.
On the other hand you could hire him and pod him... (Hopefully it has happened already.)
FYI I have both Armor and Siege Specialist 5 and can fly Abso and Vulture.
No dont ask for buffs if you arent blue.

My alt has his leadership skills completely maxed out, has all the mindlinks in different clones, commandships 5, logistics 5, remote repair 5, all strategic cruisers maxed for T3 ganglinks etc etc
It's really not that impressive, you can easily train your own...
