When the time comes closer to the CSM 8 I will be going into further detail about my points, However regarding the missions, I think the majority of High Sec mission runners are crying out for a change, The AI from incursions would make Missions more interesting if you are doing them with a friend or a corporation, Having different rat's warp in depending which ship that you are flying, Meaning this will change the outcome of every mission.
Like I said I will go into my point's further at a later date, Currently at this time I am making people aware that I will be running for CSM 8 representing High Sec. | Management Of ISN | Skype: Herr-Ronin | Twitter: @Herr_Ronin |

OK so I just got back int incursions recently, I know about the Escalation changes. Is it those changes you are talking about? If so how did they hurt the community (I know about the current in-fighting about who (if anyone) gets to make rules about incursions - I consider that to be standard non-destructive inter player eve competition). If not, what changes were considered but not made?
So far my return to incursions has been fun profitable and a new more interactive aspect of eve then I've done before. |

Welcome back to Incursions, It was the change's made on the 22nd of May that had a very drastic effect on many community's, the majority of Vanguard/Assault community's disbanded or went offline, the main reason for this was the change effected the amount of Isk you could make per hour, another thing they changed was the kill order of each site, community's where heavily effected by this change with losing members due to the lack of interest.
There was another patch effecting the Sansha control bar, Making it very hard for the Incursion community's to keep it above 50%, After much adapting and improvement over the past months from CCP, the incursion community's have now stabilised with the member base and activity coming back to incursions.

they need to buff mission running as its so boring and un rewarding and time consuming :) incursions is good, could be even beter, maybe a chance on drop of something nice :) all these high sec "MAKING IT BORING" changes made me go to low sec, and im more bored down there as i am lacking pve experience and highsec is not what it use to be like herr ronin is the man to know in high sec if ur wallet is leaking :) |

Like I said I will go into my point's further at a later date, Currently at this time I am making people aware that I will be running for CSM 8 representing High Sec.
A randomness added to missions would be great, but I also fear of the public outcry of people who do not wish to have the slightest bit of challenge to their game experience. Too often do I read the forums and see the general post of "EVE TOO HARD, MAKE EASIER!" But in the same breath they will also say "TOO BORING! MAKE MORE INTERESTING!" You (usually) can't have one without the other.
Will be looking forward to your platform when the time comes, especially with regard to industry tweaks. |

TBH there is a lot more subtle things that can be done for missions makeing a pilot nopt knowing what hes going up against and haveing to refit per missions would not only be a bad idea but woul cause an uproar as many ships have to be mission specificly tanked. also giving mission rats an Ai similar to that of incursion pilots of them changeing targets would infact not impact on the solo mission runner. |

Like i said, None of the thing's i have said are any of my points that i am going to make, Currently it is just idea bashing or getting feedback, Regardless i think we can all agree that missions need a bit of a update.
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback.

I am currentlly taking email suggestions from any and all players and will strongly represent the communities will. Knowing that my particular game play is as indivudual as all other High sec players, I dont presume to know what everyone wants but i will do my best to represent them in CSM 8.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly in High Sec demands its own representation?
Literally every aspect of High Sec mechanics, except say CONCORD and Low Security Status applies elsewhere in the game, and would be theoretically covered in blanket changes affecting Low/WH/Null space.

War decs and crimewatch have more to do with high sec than the others. They're involved enough to warrant some representation. Not sure high sec mining, incursions and missions would warrant their own representation.

Missions exist in Low Sec and Null, and there are mechanically no differences, just higher payouts.
Mining also exists in Low, WH and Null, and is actively done in all.
WarDecs were broken with Inferno under the guise of a good mechanic, while this is legitimately broken, I don't see a need for a High Sec representative to champion its fixing. CCP knows it's broken, and thankfully our fledgling CSM7 will promise us that it will be fixed either 'Soon (tm)' or 'in Winter'.
CrimeWatch is what it is, literally every idea brought forth by CCP has been utterly ******** and broken. Alts make sec status virtually non-existant. Outlaws can freely enter Empire space if they are smart about it, with little chance to get caught by the lol-worthy space police, or even other players. Again, not really enough to warrant a representative.
Instead of blanket, vague responses, you might gain more of a following if you actually mentioned specifics relating to any of these topics, and at minimum exercised some visibility in understand the mechanics surrounding these game mechanics.

Alright, let me ask some highsec related questions:
1) Are wardecs too easily evaded in your opinion, or too powerful as is? Or are they fine? 2) Is there too much, not enough, or just the right amount of PVP in highsec at the moment? 3) Do you feel anchorable 'dickstar' POSs are a feature or a problem with highsec? 4) Do you feel that the presence of wardec-immune NPC alts in highsec is a problem or not? (ties into question 1, admittedly) 5) What feature do you feel highsec is most lacking? 6) What do you feel you offer to the table as as "High sec representative" that Kelduum and Issler Dainze do not? |
