Although -A- is red to me ... and most probably will remain (unless he refrain from being NBSI). I have to admit though, -A- is being smart by adopting his current approach in his fight with Test
I think this is the first time i see an alliance beating his opponent - financially! we have seen morale / propaganda wars, intelligence and spying wars, and classic pew pew engagements in eve before.. but i think financial beating is a first!
People who check eve-kill on daily basis can see that there is always 1-3 test capitals destroyed... isk war is always on -A- side when it comes to fleet wars ... however, -A- is not moving and taking sov... he is happy about the current pace of things by ensuring Test expenses are always more than what they are gaining
i think its a matter of time before we see either: Test begin to dump all those systems they had in their pocket or Test fleets become less and less in their numbers which was always their point of strength |

The level of research the OP undertook to substantiate his argument is absolutely astounding. The evidence, several lost carriers, clearly show that TEST is indeed struggling financially to keep up with this war. As a member of TEST I can categorically state that morale has never been lower not just in the alliance but in the coalition too.
It won't be long until our money finally runs out, and when this happens our disgruntled warriors will leave leaving nothing but a rumpled corpse pulsating with post-coital-like shouts of "but we were to be the greatest..." |

-A- gets isk from renters. Test gets isk from moons. Test is stinking rich, probably second only to goons. It's -A- which is likely having issues.
People underestimate Test. I guess the outwards demeanour of a bunch of asshats is working. |

First and formost I would like to join the alliance that reimburses stupid people who jump unscouted to beacons which is where 90 percent of cap losses come from in 0.0... I would hotdrop oclock everything...
Second, what makes OP think that none of the tech moons test held to start in CFC are not still held by them? Lol derp Op is smart |

It is indeed a good strategy, however you fail to include calculations of isk generating assets secured by TEST to make up for bigger casaulties... Moons and renting systems taken away from -A- tips the scale way more than a few carriers.

I think the OP needs to look into eve-kill a little more closely and see what losses on each side actually are. The odd cap loss by some tard who is afk ratting or jumping to an unscouted beacon (non-reimbursable losses, btw) is a far cry from -A-'s almost daily Tengu fleet losses, not to mention the massive supercapital welp which are reimbursed by the alliance wallet.
In actual head on fighting, the HBC lose very few expensive ships. It's mostly tackle and sub-BS hulls that are lost in most fights. If I'm not mistaken, there have been less than 20 total Foxcat losses so far by the HBC since the doctrine was adopted.
So yeah, I would say you need to take your head out of the sand and take a real look at what's going on. I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they have some really great ideas sometimes. |

The sov bill is massive, but it is slowly going down as space is transferred to our allies.
In terms of isk, and reimbursement, TEST's finances is open - there is a spreadsheet detailing incomings and outgoings. I believe right now we're back in the positive, which means our reimbursement isn't going to stop. |

I dont think we have actually lost a Foxcat in actual combat. Pretty much all the foxcat losses have been to disconnects (getting probed out and killed after ewarp) and people being stupid and trying to take a foxcat through gatecamps because they were slow and missed the bridge.
TEST finances are fine, I have never not had a doctorine ship reimbursed |

-A- is winning the war. There, I said it. Our morale is gone, we don't have any money, their fc's are better and TEST is generally **** in this game. A has been constantly winning numerous fights by running away, giving all their space away was also a clever trap, that has now sprung; TEST finds itself now owning delve and no one to fight with. What a humiliating loss.
