Well, PI is still messed up - I cannot imagine a numbers change this large was intentional (production cut by almost 75% across the board) - some mineral types more than others.
And all of them are affected in one manner or another.

Still after this morning's patch and after clearing cache a few times, lower values, and most important, on my Lava planet, I can't extract any Felsic Plasma. I set extractors and they show amounts, but per hr and total show 0 (zero), submit it and shows "extracting: Nothing" I even Decommissioned it and tried over.
-Edit, just for sake of being thorough, I cleared cache again while viewing the Lava planet... same thing. This is my main production planet. Should I decommission everything and start over?

PI - Very broken.. Clearing cache does NOT help at all.
And according to the issues stated by CCP (page 1), the issues many of us have with PI is not even listed yet. Damnit..

i didnt had the problem before incursion 1.6 patch, but i have it now, my ship turns 180Š every time i set full speed now.
i use costume keys to set full speed or stop my ship.

Switching chat channels locks the game up. this has happened at least 6 times in 30 mins

dunno if somebody posted it but, I'm getting issues in certain chat windows, as in not seeing anything typed in them.
it might be a problem related with the MOTD.
channels where this is happening: "Cafe Noir." and "merc contracts" ---

Just to add, my PI is also screwed. Extractors on a Lava planet, heads showing 200+ of Felsic Magma on a nice white spot. Yet once installed they only extract about 50.
(running currently on Mac, but does the exact same thing on PC)

And have same problem as Salomei If I am CTRL clicking to target, one of the "targets" will not work but I will be approaching them instead (thats not something you want to do) getting closer to the guy who is trying to kill you should be your decision!!! Look up quality control, testing and customer satisfaction in the dictionary, then ask yourself "am I providing this"?

After this morning's patch, I'm having issues logging in on select characters. Hanging at the station setup portion of the login process. Cache cleared, etc.

We can all agree that "hidden improvement[sic!]" to PI is the feature that CCP is not forward coming about. I was thinking it is something related to dust514, which with clearing some cached files on CCP side will solve after today's DT. I was wrong. This is JUST ANOTHER ALIGNMENT ISSUE WHICH TILL 21ST CCP WERE NOT INTENDING TO SOLVE!.
So simple truth about PI display. It is a lie. Mining values after moving heads is a lie. Scanner lies. Whole PI is now a one big huge lie. Clicking "install program" is the only truth indicator.
Plus this is only 21 days left to next patch, which will maybe approach the alignment issue and fix the PI scanner. So lets keep cool, spread these mining heads all around ECUs and let have what they give for the next 3 weeks. Nullsec carebears will come here to our rescue I am sure. Transparency on HUD and brackets is NOT a good idea for the reasons detailed by others. Can't see Cap levels against light backgrounds. Red [ and ] in overview sometimes look orange or yellow depending upon background color. Not good when you want to primary only the targets that are close enough to engage with their weapons. Yellow [ and ] around targets in space sometimes also appears orange leading to the same confusion: Is that target in it's weapons range or not? Again all appear to be related to the new transparency of the HUD.
Confirming PI is still messed up. I have 5 installations all extracting and processing the same materials. Three planets work with no problem. I had to move extractors only a few pixels to fix planet #4. Planet #5 yield is broken for suspended plasma. Cleared cache and restarted client with no success. Planets 1 and 2 in system #1. Planet 3 in system #2, planets 4 and 5 in system #3.
Shift-enter not working in chat: Confirmed. Still not working. Backwards Cap in fitting window: Confirmed. Still backwards.
CCP are you listening? This is my first post about patch problems in an issues thread in six years. Quality control definitely missed the boat on this one. Removing transparency from HUD icons should be your first priority. All others sit equally for me.
And make the Message window here in the forums scroll properly. Once text goes past the bottom edge it keeps scrolling to the top instead of staying at the cursor position. Stop typing, scroll down to check spelling, type another letter only to have it scroll back to the top. (PC) Mission type Recon 3 of 3 shows no green cloud when racing to gate... Damage mechanism seems usual and expected. Mission able to be completed.

Thanks for reporting, yes we are listening, the issues that you list are confirmed as known issues and we are working as fast as we can to resolve them.

Try moving your extractor heads around a bit, away from the hotspots. I moved them around a bit and now I'm producing about the same I used to, and my extractor heads are in an area that's shown blue on the map. The map is wrong, don't trust it.
EDIT: The bookmarks on solar system map are still a bit broken, at least for me they don't show their names when I move my mouse over them. This is not true for other objects, like celestials.

I would like to join the "PI is broken" choir.
For example one of my barren planets, with 7 ECUs extracting Noble Gas, has an hourly output of 127 units!
Moving the heads even a tiny fraction resets the amount to the correct value, but as soon as I click submit changes, it jumps back to the low values.
