Originally by: Jade Constantine Let us see whether the Rote Kapelle wardec outlives Moira Corporation and if the will of VetoÆs Dreadnaught fleet will surpass our ability to raise staging towers and resist the oppressive stench of quisling aroma stealing from the Roach Motel in TXW-EI system. It is clear to us now that this unsightly coterie of clowns wishes to spread its miasmatic chife across free Placid to stifle all the glorious scents of liberation and freedom if they can. Will second hand ambition inherited from the fevered hatred of pitifully-obsessed minds prove sufficent to the task their drooling lips have set for themselves? We doubt it.
It's easy to claim victory when you randomly try to create an adversary's "objectives" without the slightest clue about their operational intentions and principles.
Obviously you seem to be claiming some form of inflated importance in our eyes. Let me spell it out for you :
We're pirates, you're as much of a target as the rest of New Eden.
Reinforcing your towers in Placid was more to give a demonstration of a fraction of our offensive capability on a loosely organised operation, and moreover for a laugh at watching your logistics spend pretty much a full night of their time repairing the damage, just the same as you've been doing to Moira.
Oh, that and the bonus that we happened to witness you have your ass thoroughly handed to yourself by Moira forces a little later while trying to high-tail it back to your base of ops in Ostingele.
That said, I'm not really bothered about fighting a war of words. I have more interesting things to do with my time, so I'll leave you with this :
You started this conflict by dragging us into it with your own arrogance. The olive branch is still there, and I still have a strong sense of respect for the history and heritage of the Freecaptains.
Perhaps when you pull your head out of your own ******** and realise this, we can talk.
Until then, congratulations to The Freecaptains of The Star Fraction, and here's to many more years of fruitful and successful operation.

I see we will go over the same ground in another thread Verone. I have no idea what you are simpering about claiming we have ôinventedö win conditions for Moira û their CEO made it very plain that their win conditions were to drive the Fraction from Placid - it is there in black and white on their war thread.
Since you have joined the war on their behalf it is not a difficult logical extension to attribute your motives as similar. Sure you are pirates û youÆd be better to sticking at piracy rather than moonlighting in diplomacy because frankly you are terrible at it.
As for your failed attack on our defence towers itÆs worth noting your 100 man fleet took an hour or so to reinforce towers that our 20 man logistics group repaired in 3. In terms of effort expended you put the best part of 100 billion isk at hazard to achieve precisely nothing. For a man that likes to talk about the profit margin and bottom line this seems quite an unwise investment that makes sense only if one reads between the lines and sees the gesture in terms of a vainglorious attempt at bullying your way out of a vendetta of your making.
I have no idea what you mean by Moira getting the better of us afterwards û their CEO was removed from a Dominix class battleship and I lost a Drake. Seemed a fair exchange to my assessment.
Still by all means keep telling us all that you care nothing about a conflict that you have devoted thousands upon thousands of words of pointless froth infesting. This conflict was started by Moira Corporation interfering with Star Fraction operations in Placid. You chose to deploy in favour of Moira to support their aggression against the Fraction.
IÆm not sure what kind of ôolive branchö you can offer since at no point have you suggested ever changing your habits and considering us anything more than enemies. So be it really Verone. Stop pretending to be a diplomat when you are behaving like nothing more than a painted thug. If you want to talk learn to put down the guns first.

We do indeed go over the same ground, and as usual you try to twist my words.
I was referring to OUR objectives, not Moira's. We don't have any other than to take potshots at you in space or use you as target practice when it pleases us.
Originally by: Jade Constantine Since you have joined the war on their behalf it is not a difficult logical extension to attribute your motives as similar.
Incorrect. You forced us into this war by adding us as "Friends of Moira" in your campaign.
Originally by: Jade Constantine Sure you are pirates û youÆd be better to sticking at piracy rather than moonlighting in diplomacy because frankly you are terrible at it.
I'm terrible at it with you because frankly I give it no effort. That statement is rich coming from someone who's managed to systematically alienate just about every other organisation of any worth in the cluster.
Originally by: Jade Constantine As for your failed attack on our defence towers itÆs worth noting your 100 man fleet took an hour or so to reinforce towers that our 20 man logistics group repaired in 3.
Failed attack? Lets look at our objective :
Reinforce your towers - Complete. Make you spend time repairing them for inconvenience - Complete. Use the event as a sortie to refine our capital deployment techniques and further streamline operations with Rote Kapelle - Complete.
Pretty successful.
Originally by: Jade Constantine In terms of effort expended you put the best part of 100 billion isk at hazard to achieve precisely nothing.
There's another fair few trillion laying around doing nothing. It's really not a concern. We achieved our objectives, 100m or 100b on the line, regardless.
Originally by: Jade Constantine For a man that likes to talk about the profit margin and bottom line this seems quite an unwise investment that makes sense only if one reads between the lines and sees the gesture in terms of a vainglorious attempt at bullying your way out of a vendetta of your making.
We were confident you wouldn't have the backbone to face us, as usual. We were proven correct. We were also confident that you have little to no support from anyone in the local area because of your hideous attitude and terrible diplomatic ability. We were proven correct.
Originally by: Jade Constantine I have no idea what you mean by Moira getting the better of us afterwards û their CEO was removed from a Dominix class battleship and I lost a Drake. Seemed a fair exchange to my assessment.
Moira's losses aren't my problem. I was referring to you having your ass handed to you by half a dozen of them, which was amusing.
Originally by: Jade Constantine Still by all means keep telling us all that you care nothing about a conflict that you have devoted thousands upon thousands of words of pointless froth infesting.
You're one to talk, sweetie. Pot, kettle? Most people tend not to read your drivel any more, I still do given the fact it provides some small amusement given the total detatchment from reality that you have.
Originally by: Jade Constantine This conflict was started by Moira Corporation interfering with Star Fraction operations in Placid. You chose to deploy in favour of Moira to support their aggression against the Fraction.
Incorrect. We took targets of opportunity that we were shown by Moira's CEO, and you claimed we were actively assisting their operations. There's a huge difference.
Again, your detachment from reality is quite funny.

Originally by: Jade Constantine IÆm not sure what kind of ôolive branchö you can offer since at no point have you suggested ever changing your habits and considering us anything more than enemies.
You're the one who mailed me arrogantly and set us red after one of our pilots got drunk and fired on a Star Fraction Typhoon, ironically losing his Thorax in a drunken stupor in the process.
Originally by: Jade Constantine So be it really Verone. Stop pretending to be a diplomat when you are behaving like nothing more than a painted thug. If you want to talk learn to put down the guns first.
Nine out of ten times, people hold the guns for me. Money, loyalty and trust from people you treat with respect tends to earn you that. Something you'd know nothing about.
As for being a painted thug? I'm Gurista sweetheart, I'm happy to be regarded as an uncouth, savage, heartless, manipluative, vicious bastard.
Those I do business with and whom with I share mutual trust know that they can count on me.
In the end it's you who's frothing at the mouth and behaving like a child, mentioning Veto Corp and Rote Kapelle at every concievable opportunity you have to do so. I'm simply untangling your words and the logic that you have that's completely detached from reality so that those reading can understand the situation.
As for the olive branch, you'll find that 99.9% of the time I'm not holding a gun. I'm quite sorry that I scare you enough for you not to speak to me for fear of being shot.
The offer for a resolution is always on the table, I'm a businessman after all. The difference between you and me is that you tend to stick to your own little bubble of faux reality, and I live in the real world.

I'm perfectly composed honey.
You're the one throwing personal insults around and foaming at the mouth because you've realised that I'm right, and have no other means of argument other than personal insults and repetitive monologue.
Failure?

The best way you can demonstrate your balanced mood and lack of all furious footstamping is probably to go home Verone. Alternatively you could hang around outside the nightclub swearing vengeance and trying to pass off a failed tower assault as something other than a waste of ships/ammo/time and effort.
At this point you are embarrassing yourself more than usual.

It is no mean feat to maintain a cult of personality for so long. I offer my congratulations.
What happens when your members figure out the Jovians aren't coming to pick them up in a holy, rainbow sailed mothership to take them to the next plane of reality?
I ignore the rest of this message, as it seems to be another display you spinning rapidly in a small circle whilst beating your chest.
I really grow tired of long speeches, endless debates and old feuds, so I'll just say this...
The reason I am in Jericho Fraction is because I trust my comrades to stand by me in battle and because, after being a pirate for a considerable amount of time, I've come to believe that NRDS is a preferable way of pod pilots going around their business.
I trust Jade's unshakable idealism and passion to provide the drive and purpose any organization needs. Jade have also proven herself in combat every time we were in the same fleet. And that is all that I need. Whether I agree with her on everything else is largely irrelevant as long as I have a place to practice my ideals. And believe me, we disagree on more things than we agree on from the way Jade handles PR to combat theory.
I think you know well enough, Nem that trying to organize anarchists is like herding cats. What happened between Stimulus and JF is frankly a shame. A result of too many large egos colliding and failing to come to a compromise. And even after the split there was no reason for hostilities to rise as far as I am concerned. In my eyes difference between you and me is the engagement policy and it is hardly an impenetrable barrier.
