We all know the trouble of moving ships from one system to another. Granted the pilot could contract out a freighter to move their ships but that takes time and some pilots dont have the time to wait thwo or three days to move their ships. Then there are those who say just make the 100 jumps to move the ship.
The answer to this problem is Remote Ship Operation. The RSO skill would allow a pilot to remotely move one ship from a station that is x jumps away to the pilots current location. The use of the RSO would be once every 24 hours.
RSO Skill Level 1: 5 jump radius from the pilots current location. RSO Skill Level 2: 10 jump radius from the pilots current location. RSO Skill Level 3: 15 jump radius from the pilots current location. RSO Skill Level 4: 20 jump radius from the pilots current location. RSO Skill Level 5: 25 jump radius from the pilots current location.
RSO Tech One Training would allow for ships up to battlecruisers to be remotely moved. RSO Tech Two Training would allow battleship, T3 cruisers and industrial hauler ships like the Iteron or Mammoth to be remotely moved.
Any ship above a battleship hull including freighter's would not be able to be remotely moved.

Hauling industry is too slow for mission runners. I need to move my battleship, salvager and recon frigate to location 5 systems away NOW, not in 5 days. IMHO, solution is to allow ships to be remotely controlled like in X series. Not to full extent - just 'undock', 'follow me', 'dock to that station', 'wait here'. Optionally, ships can have ability to 'enable tank', 'disable tank', etc.

Its not about mission hauling, its about hauling hauling. There are corporations that you can cut contracts with to bring you your stuffs (this is how they make their money, and their niche in the game) and they can get it to you in usually less then 24 hours.
You should look up a hauling corp if your that desperate to get a bunch of stuff moved asap.

I want to be able to control other ships in space with me, other then having an active alt account, "dual boxing", etc.
Each level of skill allows for 1+ ship to control.

You could dual box but the second or third controlled ship would just be towed and would not be able to perform any actions other than follow and warp.
Skill level one : 1 ship Skill level two : 2 ships Skill level three : 3 ships Skill level four : 4 ships Skill level five : 5 ships
