So I'm sure the answer is NO YOU CANT DO #%!~& about it! but just in case I thought I would ask anyways...
If you had a pos setup that you bought ever piece, set it up yourself, ran and operated it yourself and had no outside help, and months later doing nothing wrong yourself to the corp, they kick you out of corp and steal your whole PoS. Is their anything that can be done about it or am I screwed cuz I think Ill quit this game if I am.

Yes you are screwed out of the pos. And your gonna get ***hats asking for your stuff with a post like this. So instead of quiting join up with me, we run a pos out a Wh. Lots of grav site to mine. And I'll even front the cash to add a lab if that's what u need, shoot me a mail in game.

simply, dont quit, learn from your mistake... hold the grudge.. then when you rich hire a merc to grief them/the ceo until you feel your theft has been revenged

Don't take EVE so seriously. You will have no fun if you do that.
POSes are corporate assets. It stopped belonging to you when you clicked Launch for Corp and anchored it. This is why people often use an alt to create a 1-man corp and anchor a POS for themselves... or you don't, and accept the loss if things go wrong.
EVE is harsh. You will lose stuff.
EVE Rule #1: Don't fly what you cannot afford to replace. Corollary: Don't anchor what you cannot afford to replace.
I'm hesitant to offer any help to someone threating to quit, but if you change your mind I do know ways to recover.

I agree with the merc idea, save up some iskies then get the mercs to blow it up, be there when they do and see what you can salvage.

I take it you didn't just lose the POS but had all your stuff in it and lost that as well. You did get screwed royally but don't quit. If you had the skills and resources to set up and run your own POS there are many established corps that would replace your stuff just to get you to join them.
Some null sec PVP corps have trouble finding players willing to run the logistics of keeping POSes fueled and functioning. They would gladly bring you on board and set you up at a POS and task you with maintaining several POSes with of course access to the corp resources needed for said maintenance.
It may take some time to find the right corp to fit your play style and earn there trust but I know players that do this and make loads of isk a month for personal use on top of the millions they make for the corp/alliance.
If you really want your own POS the only way to do it is to have your own corp, even an alt to your main that is in a different corp. set your mains corp to Blue and only grant full access to your own characters. POSes are designed to be Corp/alliance assets, not personal. if you want a personal POS you need to be in control of the corp it was launched for.

Assets are temporary and meaningless. You still have your skillpoints, just learn from this.

I wonder if she quit? I hope not, I think there could have been some easy solutions to help her out. I remember when I got scammed by a guy that ended up getting involved with CCP GM's and they reimbursing me for some stuff since his acts were against EULA etc. It was just a horrible scam, but part of EVE when it is legit.
Hopefully she comes back and gets some support from decent players. Leave a note here Spiyderr if your still playing and could use some support and friendly advice.

yeah I agree. But scams are a big part of EVE. I actually watched a you tube video of a guy that spent months earning trust in a alliance when he was really a spy for another alliance. I believe it was 6 months or more just to steal a super carrier full of PVP ships. Was probably 6-8 bil worth of ships and mods he stole. Seems like a waste to me, to spend so much time earning the trust of the alliance to the point where there gave him access to the alliances assets. Just to steal a few ships. But maybe he spent the time collecting intel and only when the intel was no longer needed and he was ready to leave did he take as much of their assets with him as he could. It is a low down, dirty, Dishonorable thing to do. But it is not against the rules, just like pirating is not against the rules. It happens, you move on and learn from your mistakes.

that could actually be a good revenge tactic. Not like they could complain about it. you'd just be returning the favor.

i hear a lot of "scaming is part of eve" its done because it isn't punshed. if you could say truly kill a charactor like dead and not comming back ever. it would stop. why would anyone throw away a years worth of training to be an @#$hat to someone? as long as wrong isn't punshed it will be right ... if that makes any sence
