Siege launchers have such long cooldown time, 16-24 secs depending on the cash your willing to spend, that an extra 2-3% is a pretty nice increase. Also the high end ones have 5% more damage mod which is alot easier than spending 20+ days working torp 5. (free bump)

Quote: Sniper rule A sniper rule is very important in an auction. A sniper rule means that no matter when the auction is supposed to end, if a bid is put in before the end of the auction, the auction will be extended with the time that was mentioned with the sniper rule. For example if my auction ends at 22:00 and my sniper rule is 15 minutes. Then if someone offers a new bid at 21:50, the auction lasts 15 minutes from 19:50 onwards, so it will now end at 22:05.
According to this RULE I won the auction, you've posted 2 mil AFTER the action ended, not before.

"A sniper rule is very important in an auction. A sniper rule means that no matter when the auction is supposed to end, if a bid is put in before the end of the auction, the auction will be extended with the time that was mentioned with the sniper rule." that is what you did so it will be continued for 15 min after the last bid. and so on

You are wrong read again, the sniper rule should be active if a bid is PLACED BEFORE the auction end m8, check again!

if i remember correctly you bidded 5 minutes before the auction closed and again after the auction ended which is exactly what the sniper rule is for.
