Well thank god this is just a game because if people thought not liking an alliance, corporation is justification for stealing you would find life real hard.

Originally by: Satallius How is this even a theft? So he leeft an alliance and took corps with him, and took ISK equal to their fair share... His and the corps he took, they contributed to alliance, yes, and thus they should be entitled to their fair share of the money. Calling it a theft is ridiculous.
Its theft because he did it without permission & that fact you don't know what the definition of theft is is ridiculous & if he truly thought he was entitled then he would of asked first.
You can all keep making excuses for justification all you want but it would never wash in the real world.

Err no. Theft implies taking something that doesn't belong to you. Since they were in the alliance, and help put that ISK there, ie: The alliance ISK ie: belonging in part to them, they were entitled to their fair share, which, if the story in this thread is accurate, is all he took.
He was not the alliance so the ISK did not belong to him & he did not take part of it he took all of what was in the wallet & if there was more then he would of took more, he was also claiming to be taking isk on the behalf of others in support which have then sent emails saying that they are not doing anything of the sort.
If everything is how you make out then there would be no need in the way he went about it all.

Thank goodness this isn't the 'real' world.
Besides, I'm willing to bet if Lucien had politely asked before taking there would have been a rather swift removal of roles before telling him to go get stuffed.
Now..where are my investigation papers... This kind of thing never tends to end well, but it would seem to be warranted. (Ratzen Fratzen Concord paperwork.)
And that is the best reason yet & the only plausible justification instead of well he deserved it anyway so anything goes mentally that is only fitting for a game.
