The patch notes list that we had to modify the "fallback" installer since it exceeded 4GB
Quote: The full offline installer will now be presented in the form of three files. Two 2 GB payloads (7 zip archives), and the installer executable file. This is because the total client payload has exceeded 4 GB, which is the limit for self extracting archives for Windows installs.
However for some reason the website is still offering you the old style of download. We're looking into this now, but you should be able to start the download with the following links:

I have downloaded the client from last night, and this current client download, and both off them say when i try to install. "unable to resolve url" thats from trying to install incarna directly. When I updated incursion with the promt from the main screen, the update worked but it would not allow me to enter the game saying unable to conect to server, or the port is not open. I'm on a pc with plenty off power to run eve, and eve has been working up till the incarna update, im so confused i dont know what to do i want to sit on me couch and drink my quafe zero.

Is anyone else finding that the 2 payload packages are corrupt, no matter how many times they download them?
And then manually extracting them into an eve folder and running repair, repair fails. newish pvp pilot looking for a corp! (9m SP) |

Same problem with my system, I have uninstalled EVE, tried to load offline 3 files and my petition response today was to run repair file they sent me in Eve folder. Still no luck in getting Eve to load.

You have to buy the 20,000 AUIR installer for it to work.

I'm having this same problem, can't download online installer, offline errors. Had to reinstall because I got a CCP.EXE error when I tried to play! My play time is valuable to me, I just started, so approximately $.666 a day!

Brandon Winstead, you are most likely not having the same problem since the original issue was resolved. Can you go into more details on what kind of errors the installer gives you?

Well since I am getting the exact same problems as the folks in this thread I figured I would post here instead of starting a new thread. Should I start a new thread about this? I looked through the forums for a solution, but all I've found so far is someone telling me it's resolved. I'll let you know the exact error messages and I'll open a ticket with the exact error messages just as soon as I waste another 12 hours of my life attempting to download the payload files. Have a good rest of the day!

Had the same issue myself trying to install on 2nd computer
if you still have in your downloads an older version of eve (pref incursion), install that and MANUALLY patch to update the client. It took 8 hours of trying different things before i stumbled upon an older setup file and found that worked.
