Just curious if anybody else is having these problems and whether there's a fix.
Incarna seems to fun fine so far, but I have a few texture glitches in my CQ. A few items appear as solid black textureless shapes, including my pod (the "open pod" that is), the couch, coffee table, and a few other random items. Additionally, my mouse turns into a white block when I click & drag.
I'm running NVIDIA graphics on Arch Linux 64bit with Wine version 1.3.19

I've run into the same issue. No amount of fiddling with graphics settings inside or outside of the game seems to help.
I am also running Nvidia graphics, though with Ubuntu 10.04 and wine version 1.3.21

I have 2 small problems with the Quarters.
The issu mentioned above, that the cursor is a white box and not a cursor.
I have also a small problem with white small dots all over the textures. Lowering the Shader quality and Textture and LOG quality made it almost go away.

I'm having the same issue with the white dots on all textures. I did have an issue where my characters skin was neon green, but updating Wine from 1.2.2 to 1.3.15 fixed the skin color issue.
Also, I turned down texture and shader quality and it had no effect on my white dots / texture fuzz.

As was mentioned in another thread, setting post-processing to High gets rid of the white flicker, and definitely improves the FPS.
My settings: resource cache - enabled, HDR - disabled, Post-proc - high, shader - low, texture - medium, LOD - medium, shadow - disabled, interior effects - medium.
I still get a white box whenever I click and drag though.

I get the white block whenever I click or hold any mouse button. Then it goes back. I get the dots all over and other anomalies probably when I have graphics set to the Performance level. I get solid everything(That I can see) when I Have it on Quality. but it then has Yellow skin on parts of the body like the hands and under the clothing.
Ubuntu 11.04 Wine? not sure which version. Probably 1.3 something. The newest one I'm aware of. 6600 intel quadcore Gigabyte GeForce 8800GT 512mb card. I spent 5 minutes walking around the CQ, (only logged to update the skill queue) but had same problem as Dhaul with textures. Pod, couch, etc was all fine though.
Ubuntu 11.04 64x, Gnome 3 Shell nVidia wine 1.3.22
Also do all my patching/lauching from terminal if it matters, run all my eve clients in fullscreen, while all the wines are windowed

I too was having the texture issues, set post processing to high and they're gone. I do still have the white box when I click and drag, and the mirror doesn't work. Other than that, it's much better.
I have a GTX 560 Ti , Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty", and Wine 1.3.23.

Turning Interior Effects down also helps with the white lines.
And I turn into a walking mohawk when I went from quality to performance. still figuring which setting will reverse it.(Shader quality!) Shader quality high gives yellow skin problems. And low makes me potentially invisible except my hair and or other objects potentially. Changing back and forth can unjog it.
I also got that yellow skin bug, until I upgraded to WINE 1.3 through the WINE Team PPA for Ubuntu. Check your WINE version with wine --version (I assume). |

I still get the white box in CQ but I can live with that for the time being. I had an issue with CQ not rendering properly until I set the following in EVE:
Anti-Aliasing: Disabled Shadow Quality: Disabled Interior Effects: Medium
Maybe I should have left well enough alone with my old 8800GT. ;) The joys of hardware upgrades in Linux!
