Fit t2 HML to Tengu or Drake, open fitting screen, "show charge info" & note down charge damage. Fit T2 ballistic control unit into the lowslot, open "show charge info" and observe number is unchanged.
This is not a display error, the damage applied in game is correspondingly borked.
Same is true for heat sink, gyrostab, mag field stabs. Combat in eve is utterly borked ATM. Is this ploy to keep us all docked up in the infernal confines of the CQ?

Just confirming I'm seeing this as well, damage mods on our ships appear to have no effect anymore. Additionally, damage effect of Magnetar class WHs do not seem to be applying either, although we have only been able to test what we've found so don't know if that applies to all classes or just a few (though seems safe to assume it applies to all). If anyone finds any Wolf systems, which also have a damage effect (to small weapons) it would be interesting to know if that's working.

Yeah I noticed this yesterday too when I shot someone up in my Hurricane. My 425's weren't being boosted in rate of fire or damage.

Confirming all kinds of mod, skill and implant bonuses are not being applied properly.
I couldn't even kill a belt rat BS when I was testing out the new turrets :< ~~~

Is this when fitting at a POS? There is an issue with drones in ships that launched from a POS that is similar.
Or is it when fitted in a station?

Gyrostabs are "working" on my dramiel it seems*
*they're applying a bonus but I don't know whether the bonus is correct or not.

I tried this with a ship boarded from a POS SMA, I then docked in a station removed the modules from the ship, left the ship, reboarded it, repackaged the modules & refitted them. No change.

Damage mods affect he rof and damage multiplier of the gun or launcher, not the charge. Only skills and I think ship bonuses are applied to charges.

Read known issues and post in the issues thread.
They've got some issues with bonuses not being applied. Sounds like this could be related.

Not AFAIK, besides launchers have no damage multiplier

Picked up my proteus from POS, clicked a MFS II to take it offline. DMG mod dropped after that so seems ok, i turned it online again and DMG gone up again. So i really dont get wtf your all on about it works for me like a charm.

Never seen the damage increase from BCS shown in loaded missiles, but if you calculate the damage you should get and fire at a structure you will see that the extra damage is applied.

Check the logs. Drone damage was added a few patches ago.
On Windows: 1. Start -> Run and enter: CMD This will open a command prompt.
In the command prompt window: 2. Enter: cd /d %userprofile%\documents\eve\logs\gamelogs
3. Enter: findstr /i warrior *.txt Where "warrior" is the name of the drone type you want to check.
You can then spot check the output to make sure it's consistent with pre-Incarna numbers. The filenames are the date-time that the log was created.

Implants, damage modules affecting damage modifier and ROF etc. All seem fine to me.
I don't think that the info on ammo ever updated to display the actual stats, affected by skills, rigs, implants or if you fitted BCU's, just like with drones.
Ps. You have to press the show info again on the module to actually update the info.

Not just damage mods, Cap rechargers are not working either. Abaddon with 1 large Domination AR and 2 active hardners only are almost capping me. I have support skills at 5 with implants and 2 cap rechargers on. This should not be occurring!

To check the damage on a missile with BCS fitted.
Open fittings screen, navigate through the little icon menu that appears when you hover over your launcher, click show info.
Damage should (and did always prior to this patch) show the augmented damage with skills, implants and BCS applied.
Same applies to flight time, velocity and ROF.
I can confirm that I have experienced so far:
1 x BCS On, 3 x BCS Off - Rage Torp showing: 576 Damage, 6.40 Max Flight Time, 3150 Max Velocity.
4 x BCS all Offlined in space - Rage Torp Showing: 1584+ damage, 11.37s flight time, 3150 max velocity, 10.04 rate of fire.
I do have the following implants and rigs that may be affecting this: Large Hydraulic Bay Thrusters II, Large Rocket Fuel Cache Partition I.
Deadeye ZMC100 Deadeye ZMS100 Deadeye ZMM100
I do have more implants in (all 3%) but they only effect cruise/other missiles.
The above numbers happen randomly it seems. I am unable to consistantly reproduce them except that the high number always occurs when all BCS are off, the low number returns the moment I online just 1 BCS.
