Ok, so - the fact check request was a good start, but still sadly inconclusive.
In your Q/A thread (which is pointless taking offline by the way as someone will simply copy it back into here to pull to bits)
Quote:
2. Q: if 1/, Can you please prove that you are capable of actually making 1bn/mo reliably just to meat your interest returns? A: How would I prove that I can make at least 1.5b a month? (Open for suggestions).
For a start, you could have a performance audit done where someone else holds your API key and monitors your progress. This could then be extrapolated out over a month or so to see if the returns you promise do actually line up. The longer you do this for the more likely people are going to believe you. RAW23 has an audit fund setup to assist people in paying for this. Obviously this audit would need to be done by someone reasonably trusted in the MD community.
Quote:
3. Q: If you are buying and selling only when online and have no order either in buy/sell when offline (hence avoiding the sudden unexpected changes in PLEX pricing how does that even work anyway??) why would you need to liquidate anything over 30 days to repay people? From the way you worded it you would end up with a full wallet again each night and be able to pay easily from this? A: The reason I have no buy orders up when IÆm not online is simple, if I buy a PLEX for example and at that time I have a 4m profit margin at that time of login off , then when return and only have a 2m profit margin this means I have lost 2m in potential profit.
See, and here you cleverly sidestep the actual question. Earlier you stated that
Quote:
What if I invest and decide I do not want to participate any longer? Easy, give us 30 days notice and we will return your original investment.
and then
Quote:
A: Good Q, i have a set limit of how many PLEXs i buy/sell each day, now if they go down when i wake up that's fine because i only buy and sell when I'm online and make sure both buy orders fill and then sell before i log and there is awes a minimum of a 3 mil profit max i have seen is 12 on good days.
My question was, that if what you say is true, why do people have to wait 30 days ? as according to this you square everything off at the end of the night. Surely they would only then need to wait for one day cycle as you ensure everything sells before logging off (and quite frankly, you are the only person I know of that does this)
Quote:
4. Q: If this is a 10bn investment where does the statement about dropping 20bn onto the market come from? A: It was meant as an example.
Are you sure it wasn't done on purpose, let me remind you of what you said..
Quote:
9. Q:Why do you require 30 days notice? It looks like a blatant hoop to make the investor forget about their cashout or a smokescreen to conveniently dissappear. A: This is needed so i can get the isk ready with ample time so i dont hurt the investor and the market ( can you see 20b pull off the market in just a few seconds? It would not look good.)
This looks like a reasonably common scare tactic, say I had invested in 2 shares as it seems to be about the size of most of your 'investors' and ask for a buyback. Its nothing close to 20b, its actually 100mil and 100mil pulled off the market is a drop in the sea. And to be honest, 20bn (even tho the investment is 10bn) is also a drop in the sea, altho, I guess it is telling that you view 20bn as a huge awesome sum of money. When making up something like an IPO/Bond, it is important to try and keep to facts and not appeal to emotion. You are doing he exact opposite which is one way people setup to scam.
We are just asking for less emotion and more fact.
You don't appear to be delivering

5. Q: While I appreciate your passion in proclaiming how honest you are and that you'll still be around for years.. yada yada.. How can WE gain a level of trust about some of the questions people have posed? (For example, that you ARE capable of trading) simply saying something doesn't make it truth. I could say I am a chimpanzee that suddenly learnt to type, some may agree, but it may not make it truth. A: Well I have been playing eve for ôalmostö 3 years and I donÆt see in the near and far future of me ever leaving this wonderful game. Now for me to prove that well itÆs up to the investor to believe what he/she wants.
So in other words, you are saying 'It is impossible for people to validate any of my claims, they will just have to trust me' which really sums up the entirety of this investment.
To put it in tl;dr format
Hi Guys, can you all send me 10bn ISK, I promise to return it in 8 months and will pay 10% per month.. HONEST
That's about it. And you haven't even proven that you can even make the 10% interest rate.
Quote:
6. Q: If you do indeed run a scam list, then why don't you know about CCPs policy on scamming? A: I do know the policy and here is the link section 8 for just in case you donÆt know, also there has been a time that CCP has banned scammers. If you would like I will make a list of articles to back this up.
Ok, so - the article you mention says..
Quote:
8. Scamming
Assets lost to a scam may only be reimbursed if the scammer used a verified bug to hide his intentions to scam. Generally in-game scams are allowed and considered a valid tactic as long as they are done via normal game mechanics. Players are cautioned to use their best judgment when entering into agreements with other players. To avoid getting scammed, please read our article on scamming.
Most regulars in MD know this rule inside out. So, are you using a verified bug to make 10bn off people ? no, you are simply asking them to send it to you in return for some rather useless shares. This is fully sanctioned by CCP and as someone that apparently runs a list outing known scammers YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS. So why are you trying to hide it and make what you are doing appear safe ?
Quote:
7. Q: Can you please admit that simply running something like a scam list doesn't excuse you from the potential to be a scammer? It simply means you run a scam list. Reith (or however it was spelt) ran eve-scam which actually tried to educate people on some of the scams out there and no one here would say he was a saint. A: I admit that just because I run a scam list does not mean that IÆm excluded from being a scammer, but IÆm trying to prove that IÆm not by answer these Qs.
Answering questions does not prove you are a saint. Answering questions is simply misdirection unless you are also providing facts instead of waffling on and producing walls of words that have little content.
You asked how to improve on your offering and provide comfort for investors earlier.
a/ Collateralise the loan and get it held with a trusted third party (this is perhaps the only real way you can give people comfort, and even that isn't 100%) b/ Proven track record (come back in 11 months after having paid your 11th interest period out.. and even that is not 100%) c/ Get a performance audit going, by a trusted 3rd party. (and that simply proves that you are capable of making isk, NOT that you'll pay anyone a single cent back of what they send you)

Heck, even MY trusting self won't invest in this, and that's saying something.
If you bothered to read past investments in MD you'd have had your question answered. (infact, it would probably be easier to simply look at my post history on eve-search)
However, as I'm feeling particularly helpful today, the answer is 'yes'

Better yet, let's get him to tell us which supply and demand functions could best model PLEXes. I can't wait to see his straight lines.

I'm going to make this very simple i have 6 investors total of all who have given me trust and i thank you. i will be updating the Q and A page as needed but as for now i have received a total of 850,000,000.00 million isk and my expected total pay out is 85m between the share holders. This is a good start i think and once i pay out on time the trolls will get off me in this thread. Now if you have any new Qs then i will have new As but as i can see there is no new Qs that have not already been answered.
Note: I'm very well aware of scams in this game and how they affect ppl, so i can see why someone like me a (unknown) will get called on everything i do. Get me someone who is trusted to audit i will be willing to give this ( trusted person ) my full API so that he/she can audit me to verify that i can make the isk required to pay off a 10binvestment and a 1b pay out each month so please link a name or service that is trusted. Can you re post the Q and A?. Sure you can no one stopping you, but why do that when its on a simple page for all to read and nothing has been changed and i have links to the original threads. Anyways to close this up i know there is more ppl to flame me so feel free to bring it on i have nothing to hide.

Are we trolls because we don't like the way your refuse to answer questions? Additionally, just because you got a bunch of people to give you money doesn't mean you are scam-free. I hate the whole "6 people say I am ok, so that means I must be" argument.
That said, I hope it goes well and doesn't end up a scam, I would like to see more good offerings in here. Try to back off the righteous indignation though. Don't walk into a job interview wearing ripped jeans and get upset because people don't take you seriously.

Lee, you really should have this done. If you want people to take you serious and invest more money, this would be the fair and reasonable thing to do. Don't get an attitude with others in here, they just want to protect others from being scammed. Yes, I did take a risk throwing some money into this thing. But at the rate you are going, i don't see a nice roi in my future.

Not too sure on names anymore, but it won't be 'cheap' (obviously this depends on what you view as cheap/expensive) but RAW23 did have a fund setup to assist in paying some of these costs, and if he refuses I may be interested in assisting to fund this. First point would possibly be to find someone (obviously - maybe post a new thread asking for an auditer for a performance audit to run over a month or two), work out a price with them and then ask RAW what he thinks and if he'll assist in funding it. If that breaks down then flick me an evemail and I'll look into assisting with funding.
VV might be a good one to ask even if only to get some names of someone willing to do an audit of this nature that is known in the community.
